First, I would like to say you will never see any better concerts than you will see at the Arcada Theater. But, the theater needs some Revival Construction. It needs new bathrooms and it needs to broaden some of the walking spaces so that in the event of a disaster patrons will be able to leave orderly. I love what Ron Onesti is doing with the Arcada and do not doubt that he will achieve these adjustments.

My children and I recently attended the NADS "Believe in Magic" Show at the Arcada Theatre. The show was fantastic and I could not help notice how beautiful the theatre was as well. The management has done a wonderful job in renovating it while keeping its vintage architectural design. We do not live very close by but now that I know how amazing the theatre is, I will definitely look for shows that my family and friends can attend.

It's a nice older venue, not a bad seat in the house. Would have given 5 stars except for the 2 stall small bathrooms and it had no heat tonight, due to the new heat/AC unit being installed. Still a great time seeing America who were phenomenal!!!

This is great venue! Not a bad seat in the house. Sometimes the performers play to loud and the sound gets distorted, but I've only seen that once. I highly recommend this theater, but the parking can be sketchy. Get to your show early enough to make sure you find a spot.

We recently attended the Los Lonely Boys concert at the Arcada. We had what I thought would be wonderful seats....6-7th row center stage. The theatre has taken out the old seats from about half of the theatre in the center and replaced them with very uncomfortable stacking chairs with no arms just to get more people in and make more money. We were smashed together with two 6'2" guys on the left...no room for your arms to be down at your side or in your lap...and other people on our right. We were very uncomfortable the whole time of the concert getting squeezed between other seated people. The seats cost $100 each and the seating should be much better for that amount of money. At least the old red velvet seats have arms on them. I'd have to really think hard about attending another concert at the Arcada.

Had a few drunkards around us that greatly distracted from the show. Although security attempted to keep them in line, they weren't very effective. Maybe the police should have been called to escort them out since they wouldn't shut up. I have been to many concerts here and I love the venue and the artists I have seen. But when you pay $60.00 for a show and have it dampened by drunks it makes you a little angry.

Usually never have any complaints but when its still 86 out at 8:00p.m. and the air conditioning isn't working then it makes for a not so great night. Even the bands made comments about how hot it was inside.

Great venue. Ron knows his stuff. He walks around and greets patrons. Staff is friendly and attentive. Seats are old and narrow. Old theatre charm. Sound can be very loud. Bring earplugs just in case

Always great shows and wonderful theater. Great staff. Ron Onesti is the best in the business and provides excellent shows. I have only seen 1 bad show out of countless, and it was the performers that were terrible. The variety of shows at this theater is truly exceptional.

Great venue - among the best around! Sound is excellent! Great shows every month. Parking is plentiful and free within a block or two. Many nearby (walk) choices of restaurants - good to excellent. Arcada even has its own restaurant - great choice before the show. Reservations in advance.

I attended this venue on New Years Eve and we bought the most expensive, all-inclusive tickets for the event. The bar and food table were woefully understaffed. I had to wait 30+ minutes to be served on multiple occasions at the bar.

My wife and I took my mother who is 84 to see Wayne Newton.
It was one of the worst theater experiences ever. Wayne was 1.5 hours late starting. Even my mother who is a regular at Drury lane thought it was completely unprofessional. There was a meet and greet for Wayne and they did it before the show while we all waited. I complained to Ron Onesti. He was nice enough and copped to the mismanagement. He said he would refund the money. That refund never happened. The other big problem was that Wayne not only can't sing anymore but he can barely talk. Wayne sat there while they showed old grainy videos of him when he could sing. His young wife sat with him and smiled while they talked about the old days. This was the biggest cash grab I have ever seen. It should be illegal. The shame of it is that they are fleecing old folks who are the most gullible.Ron and Wayne should be ashamed of themselves.

I'm 54 years old, live in Minnesota love music and just happened to find out on Facebook Accept ( my absolutely favorite band) was playing the Arcada, I found one ticket fairly close to the stage so I bought it, while surfing they're website, I was astounded to see some of the acts that play there. I work all genres of musical concerts in Minneapolis and Saint Paul, and I attend over 100 shows a year, (usually within the 1st 5 rows. Well two days before the show, I spotted 2 tickets even closer and bought them, waited very patiently, wondering how on earth Ron and the Arcada Theatre pulled Accept in, one of only a couple North American dates. Well we hit the road and 6 hours later we pulled up, no problem parking at all and it was free,, ok, great, loved the Atmosphere as we entered , now I had 3 tix at will call and wonderfully, I was refunded one of my tickets (AWESOME) so I bought 2 Accept Shirts and an Arcada one, other than the sad fact I didnt see an email saying a meet and greet pass ( I inquired about one) was there for me until the next day when I got home, I met Ron, and wow,, what a class act man, I prefer the smaller more intimate venues, and Ron suggested the VIP package, and I'll tell ya, 12 hours round trip (to me) is worth a great show, band and experience, music is my life. When I saw Nazareth was coming there,,,, OMG I wish we weren't so close to the holidays, I'd buy that VIP, and prbably attend 15, 20,25 shows a year there. I've told about every person I know about The Arcada and my INCREDIBLE experience with this place. Cant wait to road trip again, it's like 3 concerts for me, 6 hours of rockin tunes each way and a concert I'll remember for life, I've seen Pink Floyd, McCartney, Monsters of Rock in England, Queen, Kiss and many others, and I look forward to hopefully getting that VIP and continue attending. On a scale from 1 to 10, I give The Arcada a 100, and Accept,,,, see you in Pennsylvania, already have my ticket

I've had a few bad customer service issues. (Forgetting about our food until the movie is almost over, incorrect order, etc.) Only reason I'm still giving it a 4 star is their late night Rocky Horror showing.
