While I have not stayed here, I found the receptionist (Jasmine) to be very rude in her answering of my queries. When she couldn't, she transfered the phone to the manager but with no voicemail option I gave up and phoned back.. the phone kept ringing with no answer until it circled back around to the selection menu. I selected the reception again and it was ringing with no answer until someone answered and immediately hung up (heard the ominous click).. once again, I phoned through and finally got through to the receptionist again and once again she was very rude and ended up hanging up mid conversation. If this is the level of service given for an inquiry, I'd hate to think what the LoS would be when staying there. Needless to say, I will never experience it now.

I have been refused a refund on my booking. The refund was request due to my flights being changed via the airline. And, I will not be in the country to attend the booking. The Hotel did not even respond to two emails send 2 weeks prior, requesting a refund and advising of the situation.
I will refuse to use this chain in future and make ensure otherwises are aware.
