I have been refused a refund on my booking. The refund was request due to my flights being changed via the airline. And, I will not be in the country to attend the booking. The Hotel did not even respond to two emails send 2 weeks prior, requesting a refund and advising of the situation.
I will refuse to use this chain in future and make ensure otherwises are aware.
