ARHHHH, I'm a tiger and a lion and a koala and a panda and a polar bear and a whale
The zoo has become really nice after years of rebuilding. A pleasure
Depressing to see animals in such confined areas and outside their natural surroundings, suffering from stereotypy
Well managed zoo, not too many animals but ok for a good day visit
Always worth a visit for all age groups buy an annual card many good events best place in Copenhagen
Amazing. Animal enclosures are made in such a way that they appear to be non-existent but animals in freedom. Really liked it!
Super nice, the new panda plant is definitely a visit please. The rest oozes a modern zoo. There are just the lions who may be missing a new plant. There is ample opportunity to eat other a fries and French hotdog, such as for instance rye bread sandwiches, butterchicken and much more.
Nice day out. Zoo was clean and a good size with plenty to see and do.
A beautiful and well-kept animal park, where there is a lot to see. The animals look well-kept and the staff was friendly and helpful. The entrance fee is ok for the size of the park. Opposite the entrance is also a bus station, which is convenient.
Absolutely stunning zoo. You can get so close to the animals and are almost unhindered. There are also many different kinds of animals. The merchandise available is quite nice. The only real drawback is the parking. I highly recommend coming here by train or bus instead!
A childhood favourite. Has most animals you could want.
It can be a nice date with someone or a happy time with family and kids. Great place, cute animals
Much has happened over the last few years. Everything was almost redone, but only for the better. Except for the toilets. They could well be cleaned a little more often.
Great zoo! Animals have a lot of space and they are very active.
We had a great time at this zoo. I think it would be better during the day so you can see the surroundings. Many of the animals were inside so we still got to see them.
Copenhagen Zoo is always worth a visit for both children and adults. Although how to work on giving the animals the best living conditions. They get the last star when the Tigers get a better home.
Pretty good zoo as far as zoos go. It isn t particularly large but you can make a day out of it. The goat petting area and the walkthrough reptile house are the highlights. Food and drink is even more expensive than average, even for copenhagen. I did not understand the hype over the new pandas, they were not particularly amazing.
Poor insight to many animals due to lack of cleaning
Nice to walk around and see all the animals with our grandson
Beautiful and ergonomic zoo for children and families
There is a really good opportunity to see the animals in some environment where their natural behavior is taken into account.
The food is expensive and there is only the regular junk food in most places, so bring your lunch box. There are tables and benches where you can enjoy brought food and drink.
It is not a cheap pleasure, but if you are dressed for many hours, the kids can easily spend a whole day.
Boxes are set up where for a 20s a teddy bear is guaranteed and then there is a souvenir for a cheap money.
I usually don't like zoos. But this one seems to treat the animals good. Lots of space for them. Worth going to see.
Large and beautiful spaces, but the conditions of the animals were not excellent.
Great zoo with a lot of animals and a nice environment for the animals, it was under construction but it was amazing. The best is the polar bear.
Good garden with many interesting animals and a good marking and solution on covid 19
Fortunately, conditions for some of the animals have improved over the past few decades, but I think there are still too many animal groups living under disgracefully poor conditions
There is something for everyone, both young and old.
A good day out and good for kids, but some of the animal enclosures, especially for the larger predators, were very small and the animals were visibly stressed.
If you visit this zoo you should be aware that a lot of things do not work and there are dirty all over. Cleaning areas where the audience goes is not their first priority. Likewise, the staff rude. Especially those at the entrance when their automatic ticket entry does not work. The animals' cages are mostly in order.
You will find most of the variety of endangered species. Loved the place. A must visit for tourist with family who is visiting Copenhagen.
An amazing experience unfortunately limited on space
Okay, though, it's very dirty. Very cloudy water so you didn't get the feeling of being close to the animals
Large nice zoo with many animals. Kids love this place. It has a few playgrounds, the opportunity to buy food, ice cream, coffee but also sit and eat its packed lunch bag. Highly recommend this zoo
There aren t as many animals as I expected but overall good experience. Prices are very high.
Not for me, though might be a great family afternoon.
Went there with family and friends, three children were 1.5 years, 2 years and 5 years. Suitable for children of all ages.
The park is very nice, good cleaning and the facilities felt fresh.
You always get close to the animals and really get the opportunity to see them up close. Truly an experience for people of all ages!
This zoo was great! Got in using the Copenhagen Card and there was loads to see and do - all the animals seemed active as well which is always nice to see!
Very nice place for a picnic or just for a walk around enjoying the animals. Perfect for kids at all ages to have fun.
They are wildly good at communicating, especially loved their polar bears and tale about this.
Also their brown bear department was really good.
The only reason it "only" became 4 stars is that they currently. have a giant construction site in the middle of the park as they are making a giant panda facility.
The ZOO is absolutely fine to visit. But it is a scandal that the parking lot opposite ZOO has suddenly become private and thus a payment parking. Just outside on Roskildevej there is two hours of free parking. Furthermore, you no longer get 10% on the purchase of ice cream, sausages, etc. if you have a year pass. Only filter coffee !!! and the store still gives 10%.
Incorrect year renewal information. Mail to the zoo about this received regrets but little consolation in vain driving from Roskilde to the Zoo.
Now few places are on renovation, but overall it is good.
Nice place to see more than 3000+ species...most importantly a Panda in Denmark=-O
Cool place, but some ongoing construction work and the place unfortunately closes already at 16.
Nice place with alot of interesting animals and information. Its a high level park by far. But it completely hurts me to see how the raindeer are treated. They barely have any fur left, they should by far have been in a colder habitat.
Great place, good animal welfare and very child friendly.
Not the largest zoo but it is a nice place with a really nice staff with great service, and that is hard to find in Denmark
it is a good place I think maybe man could make led more out of the present as it is divided up into such as when man comes to the cool place with polar bears and the fact that it could then maybe be made with blider from that place or with that man in a way hated a live cam they present on a big screen so people could see what it looked like there and man maybe told ledd more about the present man was
Definitely worth a visit, especially if you have children.
Many animals, but not many old historic buildings left.
Great experience. Looking forward to coming again and seeing when they are done with the panda square
Really liked the zoo, wide variety of animals we're there..
It is very worn place the water by the animals was so GREEN that you could not see anything
There were almost no animals .. there were several animal keepers in the plants ..
Lots of things for children of all ages to do to keep them entertained. We come regularly
Very nice zoo with great atmosphere. Some of the areas seemed a bit undertaken, but the overall experience was very good.
A nice zoo. It is space and has some good animals. However, as compared to regional zoos, it has much less animal diversities.
