I'm not satisfied with the company at all.
Mistakes happen, no question, even if in my opinion too many in this case, I find it very sad that we are promised orally to compensate for the error in monetary terms and after later demand wants to know more about it.

Advice, support and information very good. A good point of contact for a future building owner.

Poor quality of the windows and electric blinds. When installing sloppy worked.

The team of the company Wigger has worked at a very good price-performance ratio friendly, competent, fast and extremely clean. That's fun. We are happy to pass on these positive experiences.

Years ago I bought all the windows for our house there and had them installed by the experts. Got the wrong front door, installed incorrectly. Additional costs are not reimbursed. Did not respond to written and telephone inquiries.
No feedback received to date.
Unfortunately the journey is too far for us.

An inquiry was made on Friday morning, and on the same day a friendly employee came to clarify the matter! Top service !!!

First consultation and measurement had been great afterwards, unfortunately no more. The workers who installed the windows were really nice fast people. Totally great if there was not the office. EVERY time when you call there is the responsible staff just not there and logs back. That was said to us 20x and 20x has not reported back but we had to call again afterwards
, In addition, three times now the wrong blinds were installed and there it was called again because of the 4! Exchange would report what has not happened so far of course. There are only three stars because of the really competent and very nice workers who have installed the windows here.

I got great advice. Competent and with many suggestions. The execution was also professional: reliable and fast. I particularly liked the agreement with other trades.
I can only recommend the company.

Sealing was not completed. After several reminders (telephone, mail and post) nothing happened for weeks. Not even a feedback. After about 4 to 5 weeks then came a call with a request for payment of the balance of 350th sealing we had to reduce damage to the wood, after weeks and expired deadlines, self-organized. Cost estimate of a painter of the sealers makes about 125 to 150 euros if he does it. Since he has to remove the only partially existing seal again to take over warranty for his work. After many weeks came another request for payment of the balance minus about 50 euros due to lack of sealing. So 300 euros. In my opinion, this is out of all proportion and the company showed no goodwill. Where the error lay with you. And at the beginning we tried very hard to get it out of the world.

Would like to give 0 stars. Wait for an exchange of a disk for a year. After about 10 months then finally came the company Wigger over. Unfortunately, the disc did not fit. If one expects that short-term replacement will be delivered, one was wrong. The spare disk was unfortunately damaged by a warehouse worker with a forklift. Wait again. Finally, after several weeks, a new date for the exchange was agreed. The date agreed for a Wednesday was not noticed. After a call to the company Wigger it was said that not Wednesday but Thursday is noted as an appointment for the exchange in the system. It was once again excused and the next day as a Monday appointment firmly assured. However, on the next day nobody from the company Wigger came over. No call nothing ....
Since I had to work on the two days, I asked an acquaintance to accompany the exchange and the fitters of the Fa. Wigger open the door. My friend sat as described on both days for several hours with me in the apartment in the hope that maybe still a fitter appears. In vain....
I am completely disappointed !!

I ordered a front door from Wigger. We were visited twice in advance by Mr. Lohmann. In both discussions, Mr. Lohmann took the time to explain his measurements to us and to make suggestions for front door design. Afterwards he recommended that we visit the exhibition in Rosendahl, where our colleague (Mr. Specht) also gave us dedicated advice.

So far, the appearance and the way we work seem professional. As soon as the door has been installed and we are satisfied, we correct our rating up or down.

It was important for us to have a regional contact person on our doorstep, so we selected the Wigger company on my father's recommendation. My friend and I bought an old building in Havixbeck and completely renovated it.
We have had very good experiences with the Wigger company. Already the first appointment with a personable woman to record the window dimensions was very positive. The young gentleman who then took the measurements was very competent and friendly. He had based specialist knowledge and was able to impart his knowledge to us as laypeople. The corresponding offer followed quickly, so that we were able to place the order at short notice. The installation (approx. 4.5 weeks after the order was placed) also went smoothly. 16 windows were cleanly installed in 2 days and, in my opinion, super installed. The fitters were also very friendly and really hard-working! My friend and I would buy the windows again from Wigger at any time. Price-performance ratio is definitely right here.

Unfortunately bad experience with the Wigger company

Last year we received plastic windows and a wooden house door from Wigger for our new single-family house in Rosendahl. The advice was professional and very nice. All of our questions, which one had as a "new builder" on our minds, were always answered very nicely and helpful.

The assembly went smoothly and the fitters on site were very friendly and worked absolutely cleanly and professionally.

We can definitely recommend Wigger Windows + Facades.

Damage to an apartment window was repaired to my complete satisfaction, from the timely visit by the field staff to the cost estimate and the actual execution of the repair. Thanks a lot!

Fa. Wigger supplied our house with windows 16 years ago. We were very satisfied even then. Two weeks ago, the hook on the belt pulley, in which the roller shutter belt is fixed, is broken off in the roller shutter box More

Dreadful. Windows in the new building, have been living there for 1 year and have had customer service here 4 times, always with something else. Until one comes out, you have to make calls forever afterwards ... zero customer service once money has been earned ... nobody cares . In addition achlampige work and very unfriendly ... also the windows are not good quality. Not recommended .... never again!

Good advice
Good performance

The doors and windows of the Wigger company are absolutely top. Here I have attached 2 of my delivered copies as an attachment. The advice was first class and the German fitters convinced me with friendliness and left the construction site broom clean. Price performance ratio was first class.

We got windows from Wigger in our new building two years ago.

The quality of the windows is good. However, the whole collaboration was not very satisfactory. Unfortunately we got to a sloppy seller, advice in advance was ok, everything else was under all cannons.

The employee was measured at the window on site, but half of the windows did not fit on delivery and could therefore not be installed. Subsequent changes to the masonry had to be made so that the dimensionally accurate windows could be installed ....
And who is to blame? From the perspective of the Wigger company, of course, the client. After all, he gave the order in writing. And also signed a wipe on which the dimensions of the windows stood.
I had just assumed that the company's experts were able to measure windows correctly and unfortunately I made the fatal mistake and did not control their work. By the way, I'm not a carpenter and I wouldn't have known how to take the measurements ...

We still had some follow-up talks with those responsible for the company. With the humble result that the Wigger company is not to blame. They were still willing to pay us something financially, funny ... However, that doesn't make all the trouble go away.
I personally cannot recommend this company. I would have liked to have saved myself all the trouble.

FINGER AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!

Ten years ago we had all windows and shutters renewed in our house.
The execution of the work was catastrophic right from the start and after 5 weeks of rework by the company, the work was completed with a satisfactory result.
Now there was a repair to the roller shutter guide and I contacted the Wigger company.
I was sent a spare part with a market value of 40 cents for an unbelievable usury price of 8.93. After I wanted to install the spare part myself, I found that the spare part was not suitable.
I then asked Wigger for a repair appointment.
After repeated telephone and written contact, nothing happened at the Wigger company.
After 14 days of not closing the roller shutter, I now commissioned a specialist company to do the repair for me.
After 5 months, the Wigger company remembered me and sent me an invoice of 8.93

Absolutely under all cannons, this company advertises with WIGGER Windows + Facades - Personal. Professional. Reliable and is too fine for repairs - better just install new windows everywhere - I do not know what this means in this context - the roof truss is broken - or the door frame is jammed - it is better and better to order a new house right away - because You don't get any help from this specialist company here - this specialist company here with the slogan Personal. Professional. Reliable - cannot meet your own demands - unbelievable - I give it minus 10 stars.
