Loved Tracie and all of her people at Copeland & Co. so much that we used her twice! We bought our house with her in 2015 and sold it this year, 2017, when we got relocated for work. She was very easy to communicate with, honest and up front with her professional opinion. The pictures and listing of our home was beautiful and very well done. Our first interaction with Tracie came about 2 years ago when we were new to the area and needed a home to rent. She was able to find us a home that fit our needs perfectly. So when it came time for us to purchase our first home, I knew Tracie was our girl! We saw a few homes, put in a few offers, but unfortunately lost out. We were getting very discouraged, but Tracie called one day, and said that she and Jennifer saw a home, which based on the description, wasnt what we were looking for, but she convinced me to just come take a look. Jennifer Booker was our agent and our experience was amazing. If I could giver her 10 stars I would. She helped us with both selling our old home and finding a new one. When we began she came to our home and helped us with a list of what we needed to do to our home for it to be ready to be listed. We followed her instructions and she then sent a professional photographer to our home. She listed our home and within hours we had a number of interested parties. They began to come that day and we received a full priced offer on the same day. By the time the weekend was over we had received 6 offers and received above asking price. With the purchase of our new home Jennifer was extremely patient and helpful. We had quite a long list of items we hoped to find in our new home. She made sure to stay on top of things and took us to see as many houses as we wanted. When we finally found the neighborhood we wanted, we asked to go see a house that we were interested in. She made the appointment for us. I continued to look to see if there were any other houses in that neighborhood. I found another and called her back to make that appointment as well. When I asked she responded that she had already done that. She was one step ahead of us. Turns out that second house wound up being our new home. So even if I hadn't asked to look at it, she still would have found it for us. The realtor at that location was a nightmare, but Jennifer made sure that we never had to deal with him. My wife and I were looking for a vacation condo in the West Palm Beach area. We live in New England. We have dealt with several realtors up north over the years [some good, some bad] but had no experience in the south Florida market. I went online and saw that Copeland and Company had really good reviews. I called Tracey Copeland , explained to her what we were looking for and she then transferred our call to Stephanie Wilson. Stephanie and I then spoke at length about what were looking for and when we would be down to Florida to view our options. In between that first call and our actual visit, Stephanie sent us numerous listings for us to react to , and that gave her a much better sense of exactly what we were looking for. When we finally got to FL several weeks later , we were so impressed when we met Stephanie. She is a lovely young woman , personable, friendly, extremely knowledgeable , not just about the south FL market but about stouthearted Florida in general. She is also a very hard worker , and she will respond to emails and texts very quickly, and at all hours of the day or night - that was perhaps the most important thing to me in having a realtor I could count on when I needed them. She helped us find our dream condo in Boynton Beach and she was also terrific at doing her work behind the scenes : speaking with listing agents , facilitating the mortgage application process , working with a home inspector , and eventually assisting with the closing. Not only was Stephanie great , but every other key player in the process : lender, home inspector, title company, etc , all of whom work routinely with her, were excellent and know their jobs well. And now, even after the closing, Stephanie has been helping to manage a few things that need to be done at the condo , such as interior painting, a full and thorough cleaning , while my wife and I are back home up north. If I could give Stephanie Wilson 6 stars , I would. she has been incredible and is by far the BEST realtor we have ever worked with [we have bought and/or sold six other properties since we got married]. She made the whole experience , from looking at photos online, to the closing so easy and positive, and as good as it could possible be.
