Loved Tracie and all of her people at Copeland & Co. so much that we used her twice! We bought our house with her in 2015 and sold it this year, 2017, when we got relocated for work. She was very easy to communicate with, honest and up front with her professional opinion. The pictures and listing of our home was beautiful and very well done.
She went above and beyond making sure our house was taken care of. We moved before selling and unfortunately during that time Irma came through. She, or one of her team, went over to check our house both before and after the storm.
I very highly recommend Tracie and her team. They work hard to get you the best deal for both buying and selling your home.
