Relocating to a new city is stressful. Luckily we found Copeland & Co. Real Estate and had the privilege of working with Regina. Initially I had reached out to several other realtors and they either ignored me or offered no real help (apparently renters aren't as appealing as people looking to buy homes). But then I found Copeland and Regina responded to my request immediately. She helped us facilitate several viewings, coordinated with building management and other listing agents, and advocated for us the whole way through. Thanks to Regina, we're in a beautiful condo in a great neighborhood. I'm so grateful. She's amazing!
