I am very unhappy about how Dr Neha Kumar in COPC ...

I am very unhappy about how Dr Neha Kumar in COPC in Dublin treats her patients. I had done my blood work for wellness visit, after 10 days received a bill of $ 70/ from my insurance company for Vitamin D testing which medical association considers as not required during wellness visits. Same thing happened with my son also which I ended up paying out of pocket.
I am suffering from severe shoulder pain, she referred to X-ray clinic not covered under my plan. I went to different facility which is in- network, immediately next day they sent my report to Dr Neha Kumar s office but it was not uploaded in my portal. When I called the office after waiting patiently for 3-4 days office representative (Pam) told me as it is not under the same group they did not bother to upload in my portal. No diagnosis was done by Dr Neha Kumar even after several days past when I am having sleepless nights in pain. Looks like her only focus is to make money by referrals only instead of offering care and help to her patients. I urge the COPC of Dublin to look into the matter how patients are taken care in the facility where money should not be the only focus.
