Very poor service, agreements are not met, the company is very difficult to reach, do not call back and as icing on the cake a towering bill.

Incompetent breakdown service. 40 minutes waiting to finally send the fire brigade.
On an elevator park, several machines in the same place ALL are broken !!
Repairs pending for more than 10 days !!
In short I strongly advise against
We have 2 elevators where emergency batteries have to be replaced every 2 years. Not monitored by maintenance man in November. Then report it yourself and "forget" at the next turn. Continued - elevator stops. Made an emergency call and again reported that battery can be replaced. Ultimately, a quotation (lump sum) will be issued and the batteries will be ordered. When asking for details, I note that 2x displacement of 109 + VAT is charged. Ultimately 2 months later the battery replaced and the technician even writes the placement date not provided for in the engine room door. According to the contract, Coopman does not appear to be liable for much.
If I could, I wouldn't give a star. You can't help people. abuse situations. And then we will leave you on hold for a very long time .. Or yes, we will email you back. Still haven't heard anything after 3 weeks
Unfortunately we are very dissatisfied with the maintenance of the lifts in our apartment building. For more than three weeks we have to take the elevator in the dark because the light is broken. I have also been asking for more than a year to repair a loose lift button, without lasting results. The quality of their service is unacceptable.
Update: after 10 (!) Weeks we are still in the dark, despite repeated contact with the different people of the company. Many promises, no action. The syndic has meanwhile sent a notice of default. I am perplexed by amateurism.

[Update] Feb/2018 Malfunction twice (4th & 5th breakdown in 7months)
*Dec/2017 Another malfunction (3rd breakdown in 6months)
*Nov/2017 Elevator finally "repaired" and functioned for only 4 hours, and then shut down again.
*Oct/2017 Repair requests weren't even sent to technicians correctly.
*May-Oct/2017 Ignore customer's repair request for four months after delivery.
*May/2017 Failed promised date of delivery. It's signed to deliver the elevator in May, at the end of April, the elevator wasn't even built!!!! Delayed delivery till July.
*Have only a few technicians touring the whole Europe for all the installation and repair.
*Experienced staffs fired so nobody knows what to do.
REGRET TO HAVE DONE BUSINESS With THEM.
Stay away from this company!!!

Ohhhhh, what a disaster! Promise, promise, never call back, do not reply to emails, technicians who come by and disappear without saying anything (without having repaired the elevator) ...... I have never experienced such a bad service. Fortunately, there are new players on the market that are building a good reputation. We have been without a lift for two weeks now.
