Rooms are decent but the TV is not in a practical position to view from the bed. Cozy and clean space, bathroom was ok. Fromt desk agent wasnt rude but not welcoming either. No good morning, no hows your stay going just stares and robotic responses. Overall I give this a 3.5 out of 5 stars as compared to the Marriott quality that I'm used too.

First time at this property. Check in was quick, took all of 2 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised when young lady checking me in actually gave me a room based off my profile preferences. She even acknowledged that I was a travel agent. In the 5 years I've been a Marriott Specialist, and all the Marriott properties I've stayed at, this is the first time this has happened.
Room was nice and quiet, clean and bed was super comfy!
DC is my second home, so I'm no stranger to the city. Location is great, 1 block from Metro, lots of eateries within steps from the hotel. A great alternative to staying downtown.
As I promote travel to the Nation's Capitol I will most certainly reommend this property!!

Nice hotel in a great location. Perfect if catching a Nationals game or visiting the Navy Yard. Parking is pretty steep and if you are a hotel guest wanting to park in the garage under the building it has to be valet approx $47.20 per night. Parking is free on the streets on Sunday just in case your arrive on that day. There are a lot of places to eat that are near by and within walking distance. There is a lot of foot traffc in the area which is exprected due to the subway having a teminal right a couple blocks over and the major interstates are with minutes. The rooms were decent; however, will soon be out dated. If you have loud neighbors it'll be easy to hear them as our room was separeted by a door (might be good for families if you want to be side by side and use the inroom door to go between). I would stay here again if I'm visiting the Navy Yard.

Good location and clean rooms. Staff were helpful at check in. I had a large corner room on the curved edge that had lots of windows. Smart TVs. Decent internet. Nice coffee shop a few blocks down as well as Whole Foods.

Parking was about $45 a day. Supposedly valet in the below building garage but I ended up selling parking when I couldn't find anyone.

The hotel is in a good location. There are restaurants in walking distance from the hotel. A nail bar is at the hotel. The staff is friendly, my room was clean, and I would definitely stay here again. If you want water and not pay too much for it, there is a beauty supply store not too far(next block, walking distance) that sells water for under $1

The hotel itself is a typical Marriott Courtyard - just fine rooms, fitness room, etc. But this location gets 5 stars for the incredible staff. They were so, so kind and helpful as we worked through booking a room block and navigating changes to said block during COVID. Ask for Norma!
