While Cooper Genomics made us having healthy child...

While Cooper Genomics made us having healthy children possible by conducting testing on our embryos, everything else seemed so fishy and like a scam. My first red flag was the lady on the phone during my initial phone "interview" told me "You "might" have one embryo that will be able to result in pregnancy" without even knowing the number of embryos we were sending in. Then they "forgot" / never told us our results. THEN, they charged us an outrageous amount of money after telling us they couldnt tell us the amount we owed over the phone when this all began. We had to wait for the bill that was then "Due Immediately". Will never ever work with this company again.

I ve been calling for two days to schedule a genet...

I ve been calling for two days to schedule a genetic consult and left messages. No one calls you back. I also asked a representative to email me a form and she never did. Terrible customer service and IVF is stressful enough.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I wish I read all...

I would give 0 stars if I could. I wish I read all of these other reviews before deciding to trust this company with something VERY important. Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. The IVF process is already stressful and emotional as it is and Cooper will only add to this. My assigned genetic counselor Colleen has been relaying FALSE information to me for months now. I only found this out after asking to speak to a manager who told me Colleen needed more training and what she told us was actually wrong. That s awesome Cooper then I would like a refund given your incompetent staff has been lying to me. Also don t forget to ask ahead of time what the chances are of your tests being less accurate because I just found out mine went from 95% to 90% AFTER the testing was done. With no guidance on getting the genetic test done before starting the IVF process.

These people are scammers and will talk you in circles before admitting any wrong doing and providing you with ANY form of compensation for the emotional draining they will do to you.

I was charged $1,750 for four embryos to be tested...

I was charged $1,750 for four embryos to be tested. I was expecting four results. I received one. The other three had no results. This is completely absurd that you would charge me for three embryos that you do not have results for. Needless to say, I am not happy with this company and will NEVER use them again! I want my $1,050 back for the three embryos that have no results. How do I know that they were even tested? I work in a lab. And these results are unacceptable!

Very bad customer service!! They tested our embryo...

Very bad customer service!! They tested our embryos even though we specifically requested to wait until we had more to freeze since the price for the test of 1 or 8 is the same!
A probe was created by them from the dna of my previous lost pregnancy, so we can test our embryos and make sure we would have healthy kids in the future, after all this confusion and being charged an outrageous amount of money we decided to use another clinic and to move our probe somewhere else, now we are told that they don t have it and it s not enough to be shipped to another clinic!?!
We ve been dealing with these people for over a year, we feel trapped!
This is crazy, nobody ever called us back and all we are receiving now from them are bills!

We wasted $30k on an transfer that was genetically abnormal. Coopergenomics testing had claimed that it was normal. They will not admit any fault. Customer service is horrendous

I should have known when they incorrectly billed my insurance twice, creating a huge mess for me to clean up. Still not resolved, thanks to their errors
