I've been calling this agency for 3 days now and NOBODY has answered the phone not once this is not good for a business. I'm pretty sure if I go up there its someone sitting at the desk and ain't answering its always like that. People tend to get comfortable at they job and start lacking this is a shame and I'm highly upset.

What a bunch of lazy, incompetent bunch of young girls and old women. Most of them don t speak a lick of English. All they care about is clocking out. A word to the wise, look elsewhere before deciding to use these people.

the coordinators are the worse, they do not do their jobs. Do not care about the clients needs. The home attendants are abusive to members who do not have family. There are no consequences to the home aids who hurt the members. One of them dropped my father out the hoya lift and broke his leg. This was negligence on part of the agency and the aid. the aids have no experience using the necessary equipment for the elderly, like the HOYA LIFT.

Rude staff that do not follow directions at all. They never listen to clients. The only plus is the aides I have. Otherwise the administration is the worse. Also I believe there s inside racism. The favor one group over the other. They need to be reported.

Because I couldn't reply to some of the comments on here I had to make my own. all Home care workers are trained with ALL EQUIPMENT. Some may not pay attention during training but that can happen anywhere. Anyone accused or found guilty of abuse is immediately terminated. There are both Spanish speaking and English speaking aides. Coordinators are sometimes overworked that's every agency . The homecare field is very busy people are living longer and need assistance. The agency tries their best to accommodate and assist all clients and aides as best as possible.

Worked with them in the past and my main concern is the inability of the office staff not speaking English and worse of all many of the hha do not speak english at all. What's more disturbing? The fact that many of the spanish speaking women sometimes even needed help with understanding the classes/ tests in Spanish. I mentioned it numerous times to instructors but I was made to feel insensitive to the women. Its called concern. How can they read the medicine or instructions on equipment?

I have been trying to contact and figure out when the HHA training will occur. Every week, it's the same excuse by a person named Dennis. "Oh we have no information."

How is it that all other places are doing training, but this place consistently suddenly has no means of acquiring training. The inconsistencies of this place are ridiculous.

Disappointing agency, incompetent employees, unacc...

Disappointing agency, incompetent employees, unaccountable for destruction of personal property Of clients by the majority of their Home Health Aide employees. If I could give a rating of negative stars I would do so.
If you want your sick family member to be abused, neglected, not cared for according to the medical care plan, have personal property broken, money mysteriously gone missing , not attending medical appointments, and left in a dirty living situation then this is the home health aide company of choice.
Based on my personal experience after having a stroke; had I continued receiving home health aide services as provided by this agency a second stroke or worse is what would have awaited me. Employees don t show up for work, leave disabled people suffering, nutritional needs are ignored repeatedly. Workers leaving the client without food or any way of getting food is very common. Home health aides talking or watching programs on their cellphones instead of attending to the sick patient is also a daily occurrence. I have pity for anyone who is unable to speak English because these are the most horrible cases of deliberate negligence.
Furthermore, DO NOT ever expect anyone to be held accountable for the incompetence, chaos, irresponsible, unethical, and more dangerous situations provided and repeated. You will get the run around by so called CASE COORDINATORS and SPECIALIST teams pretending to have your medically needed help as a priority.
Finally, I predict a huge lawsuit against this agency, including the State s Human Resource Agency revoking all licenses with effective closing of business as it is being mismanaged. This company is a hazard to the population of vulnerable, disabled sick humanity. Disgraceful management.

Worst home care ever the home Attendants don't do a damn thing. They just sit there and waste time to collect a pay. The management office and coordination is terrible. They argue with you on the phone which is inappropriate they say they will call you back and don't ever call you back. The one handling my claim went on vacation and made us wait till she came back to finish what she was supposed to do for us The one handling my case went on vacation and made us wait till she came back to finish what she was supposed to do for us instead of having someone else take on that responsibility. My family member got hurt in the process due to home attendants not showing up as scheduled. Do yourself a favor and do not choose this home care
