I have worked at CHCA for over 17 years. CHCA is an organization that focuses on improving the quality of the job for it's workers - which in turn results in providing quality care for our clients. CHCA is driven by a strong culture of coaching, engagement, and relationships. Since 1985 CHCA has created jobs for people in our community, and has worked to establish fair paying jobs with comprehensive benefits for everyone. CHCA is a cooperative so anyone can become a Worker Owner. This is truly a great place to work at!
