Good clothing quality products in reasonable price. Staff is very friendly and helpful. There are separate section for all age groups.

If you had to define a bad apple in retail stores, the Bealls store in South Lakeland, FL would have to be the worst. I just got the report from my friend and fellow blogger. Heads up, CEO Steve Knopik, we reach nearly a million people via the Blogger Brigade! Your Lakeland S. store personnel are the post children for POOR Customer Service. And we thought the Post Office before Christmas was bad. Man, those folks are priests and nuns compared to these employees.

The bathrooms at the Bardmoor Location are absolutely disgusting. You may want to check on this store.

I was a resident of Hobe Sound for 15 years and shopped at Bealls Outlet many times.
Have been away a year and have come back to visit.
I was so impressed with what has been done to that store, Amazing!!
I had spoken with the manager before I left and said I hope you can fix this store. Could t believe the work she has done. Laura Connor is the best thing that has happened to that store! What a fantastic job!

I was just at Bealls outlet on 19. A girl named Brooke was at the register having a conversation about work with a coworker. There was only 3 people in her line but but took forever because she was engaged in her conversation. She did acknowledge me once I stepped up to her counter but continued to talk to her coworker complaining about her job. As she told me how much. I started fumbling for my money I put the money on the counter and started tucking the rest back in my wallet. As I was putting my wallet in my purse. She repeated the amount. I said it was all there. As I had my hands full.
To my surprise she looked at me and said "oh ,I guess you're not going to HAND it to me."
I was completely caught off guard.
Then she put the change on the counter on her side of the plastic safety guard and stared at me.
I reached under the plastic to get my money.
And all she did was stared.
I was in disbelief.
I tried to let it go on my way to the car.
But I just couldn't believe I was treated like this.
So I called and asked for the manager, turned out BROOKE is the manager.
So I told her she was rude and had terrible customer service. She knew who I was and she felt like she was not being rude. Never apologized instead told me I'm allowed to get upset inoted that even after I called to complain about the service she still refused to dissolve the situation.
I would appreciate a higher authority to get back to me please.
I'm new to Florida and bealls has been my #1 store to shop and it's sad that now I will completely avoid that location.

Today I went to outlet STORE #192 BREND told me that I Can't get discount on friday because my age? I am been shopping in this store for 10 years every friday, I never had a problem like this before. Brenda was so rude, she was argument all the time with me.....ugly experiencie with brenda, Now you your birtwoww in, your identity order to shop on friday in outlet woww. Branda
No m was very loud telling others my brithday and age, we do not need be treating like this.
No more outlet for me anf family.

In this pandemic, it would be right not just for your employees but for all your customers to wear a mask. Have a sign on all doors no mask no entry, or one will be provided for
you. When your government doesn t care enough you should!!

It's just like a Bealls store, but cheaper. Guaranteed to have nothing you want and still you end up coming out having bought 6 bags if stuff you didn't actually know you wanted. In my view it's not so much a store as a mini adventure: you go in, explore for ages and sometimes you come out with treasure and others you don't.

Looks like a great place to work the staff and management Ben Superior. Well I have been working there for a month. Long hours, great supervisors, Darcy, Maria and Missy!

Don't enroll in a 401k at this place! I just rolled mine over to another company, and bealls stole $450 from right under my nose. They don't tell you about this in thier 401k "trainings". Not to mention, there is no match, well there is, something like .043%. Go elsewhere. The pay here is way under what you are deserved. I wasted a good 2 years at this company. My colleagues are the only reason I stayed. The corporate office is so disconnected from reality, it is pathetic.

Your money stretches far there, and clothing quality is satisfying.
