I have used this company 3 times over the years and have always been so impressed. They have all the necessary equipment that is always in good condition, but to me the key is their staff. From their owner, John O Malley, down to the young men who do the deliveries, their staff are polite, professional and knowledgeable. I fully recommend this BC owned and operated company that also has an Edmonton location now, as they have handled very well the varied jobs we have given them.

An employee in a company vehicle spoke to me with aggression and attitude because I parked briefly for 1 minute at their store location. I did not block the exit gate, and he had ample room to drive out. Nonetheless, he proceeded to take pictures of my car with me and my child in it, which made me feel EXTREMELY uncomfortable. I looked up their website and this particular employee looks to be their director of technology, Greg Cargnelli. I would be disappointed to see anyone conduct themselves like this, but especially would not expect it to come from their director.
