Staff kind, in my case something went wrong with the logistics. The promised product was not delivered !!!

Left the truck to get it fixed. Well o time o money was wasted o the error was returned immediately again. Do not think anyone works in the workshop .. They just drive the cars right through a lap. My theory .. Feels right ..

Friendly reception. However, they have far too few staff so gold deals are a good choice but do not guarantee that you will get help as soon as you have needed.

Lovely place when you have an accident in the middle of the night. VAS are awesome at their stuff !!

Servis scheduled for the beginning of the repair at 7 am. They have a room for drivers, a canteen etc.

Needs better communication between mechanic and service desk. Plus feedback to customer.

Some incompetents, I have an appointment at 12.30 and they put the car in the hall at 14.30, in the conditions in which this service closes at 16, they turn around without doing anything and look, they lose another day

Got a very good assistance mechanic when the dashboard stopped working very knowledgeable staff I must say.
