Great Employment and Training Center Department, Computer Lab, Childcare, Friendly, Courteous, and Helpful Staff!!

WORST SERVICE EVER. been having to deal with them for the passed year and they have officially lost paper work more then 3 times. Never return messages and case manage hygiene never answers messages or emails regarding my family's case. They are coached to say the same things, "we never received your messages or email, so you will have to file again if you want help" -5 stars if I could

The help is there when you need it. But calls back are hard to get, regardless of whether or not you want g o speak with a supervisor, even they dont call back. Some of the staff interrupts you while youre talking with them. Apparently if you request a response they are not allowed to email their clients back. I was told i have to walk in to pick up all the paperwork even if i request it to be mailed to me.
The people who work the front desk are friendly and responsive. In my opinion those are the people who need training to be case managers.

Amazing staff kind caring helpful covers tons of different services even parenting classes plus fun outings and give aways for some clients

Its not just a treatment program its a place were you can got to get help especially if your a native family who needs assistance.

They give out personal information about welfare cases and cannot keep track of paperwork and want you to do their work for them none of them do their jobs or are even slightly honest about anything. Rarely are the employees qualified for the level of confidentiality required.

Nice helpful staff, fairly popular. Seem to cater to a wide variety of community needs.

They helped get my son into treatment and I am very grateful.
