Granted it is a bit old, and maybe games are outdated, but the kids really enjoyed it and we loved their food. The cheese pizza is amazing with fresh tomato sauce, and the wings are the best I ever tasted
This is nice place for kids to play But not to eat Pizzas . I don t recommend to eat their pizzas due to I got a food poisoning from it. I think the mushrooms or something else was expired and they did not inform each other about it.
We were there yesterday night and until now I have a stomach ache and strong diarrhea. Thanks god my family hasn t eaten the mushrooms on the pizza and they are ok.
However, I would like to let the management and the chef know that you need to check the products condition before using it. And always control the expiration date of all ingredients and products as you are feeding most the children who come to your place.
I hope it will help you guys to improve the quality of your service and learn on the mistakes. Because if you don t know what is your problem you can t grow and can t succeed in business.

This place is great for what it is: a nice throwback to my 90s and early 2000s childhood. Tried the pizza which was good - crust is not the best but the cheese and pepperoni definitely make up for it.
I love to visit this place with my family, specially with small kids. Chuck E Cheese"s chicken pizza with curry flavour is yummy , very different from normal pizza.
It was chuck E cheese but last visit after long disconnection, make me very disappointed and even the kids .it is not that theme we used to feel full of energy and happiness, you can say the candle of chuck turned off and no more enjoy there.
More than half of the rides and games are off or out of service, and safety cautions for kids lacked totally not same other themes.
Ice rink and horses ride are off in addition to the bowling and other main stations
Cleanliness not that much ok either for the devices or the place itself.
Once you enter you can understand only a thing not else they are going to close it permanently.
Had a wonderful time.. It's a safe place to chill with family. Kid's and adults can enjoy some fun game... There are good deal where you can get more to play with less.
Half of games are closed due to Covid19, it s not good as it used to be. There is no sanitizer or wet wipes available even with the food. This place really needs lot of improvement.
Nice place to play games and spent times with kids. Place is not much crowdy and they do follow COVID precautions. However lot of games was out of order.
Do not eat the chicken wings!! Either the oil was old or the chicken meat was going bad. Terrible taste. Got a refund but the waitresses didn't seem to care that the food quality had a problem. Pizza was alright and good value with entertainer vouchers. Very American ambiance with cheap furniture, large open space and tacky colours. Only good for the games and controlled space for kids.
One of the largest Chuck E Cheese's in dubai i guess in dubai outlet mall which is spacious and has many games but some of them are not working/maintained/updated
......felt the games were needed to be upgraded to attact more customers it felt as if the place was sleepy not much liveliness.They need to renovate or give some upgrade by Getting new games, provide offers.....their ones in saudi was good & lively.
