The help is there when you need it. But calls back...

The help is there when you need it. But calls back are hard to get, regardless of whether or not you want g o speak with a supervisor, even they dont call back. Some of the staff interrupts you while youre talking with them. Apparently if you request a response they are not allowed to email their clients back. I was told i have to walk in to pick up all the paperwork even if i request it to be mailed to me.
The people who work the front desk are friendly and responsive. In my opinion those are the people who need training to be case managers.
