I have been working with Conviction HR for 4 years in total. Everytime I have been there it was Sunny Shah who has helped me a lot to get through all my interviews. Because of him I first got selected for Intelenet, Tech M, and Radius. He has always encourage me to do well for all the rounds. He also had that faith in me that I would get selected. Some of them are Really Co-operative they help you with multiple companies While few employees there are just ignorant they'll ignore your Resume/CV had a bad experience once. But recommend to get in touch with Fatima there, helped in all rounds of interviews provided briefings and knowledge about companies, even if telephonic she'll be there to guide you.

They have good opening however they make you wait for hours for nothing, I don t mine waiting for hours but if you re telling me to come and it will be done within 2 hours thats what the problem is.
If you fail any round they won t tell you unless you ask other you wait there as if you re stupid.
They wont tell you what went wrong..

They will just waste your time... They don't value your time at all. For 1 interview they will waste 5 days and if they will tell you your interview is at 9am then you will have to wait till 9pm they will keep fooling you.... Only bolbacchan no work

Not even worth a star! They lack conviction. They should be convicted for wasting people's time. I was called by them for a vacancy which wasn't matching my profile. In spite of being very clear on what job type I was looking for, they insisted me to come and promised that I'll be getting what I'm looking for. Wasted my 2 hours. " Niyati " the recruiter who contacted me , wasn't even bothered to meet and clear things with me. I took her case very well in front of the other recruiters. I would urge job seekers to go for some other genuine placement firms and not waste their precious time with Conviction Hr. Highly not recommended for any job seekers.

I have been working with Conviction HR family for 3 years & there is not a even single thing I would like change to in this organization. I am giving two stars only because the staff has been attentive. I had given an interview in mid-May, I got selected but I didn't get any offer letter. After following up couple of times, I was told that the batch got cancelled and I will have to give another interview. This was during late-May. I got selected again and it's been almost two weeks now and I still haven't gotten any update with regards to my job. I understand that times are tough, but even after getting selected twice, I am unable to procure the job, which I am not able to make sense of. Hopefully, if I get the offer letter and I start working, I would come back and edit the review.
Edit: Finally, my joining was on the 23rd of June. Since I had given interview already, I was asked to join immediately.

Worst experience till date. Today I was called for job interview at 2pm and was waiting till 6:50pm then I left for home. Cos till 6:50pm, not even the first round was conducted. No one even asked for water. If u have whole day to waste and nothing to do then please go through them. When I told this to the Co ordinator, I got this response by which I was taken aback. Which said (All candidates are waiting OK) this was the reply I received.

People there face issues of salary. Better choose some other place.

Was given 100% false expectations and promises regarding my job profile by Alex! And I regret it immensely! Please go somewhere else, someplace where you are not lied to just to get you a job so that they can get incentives!

They(Alex) WILL LIE! About the shift timings and other perks to suit your preferences but once you join, it'll all be the exact opposite of everything you've asked for! Would recommend to go for direct interviews or choose someone else but conviction!!!

I would have rated them a 0 if I had the option before calling candidates learn to clarify about the open positions within your team itself. You cant just call a candidate and inform them ur keeping the CV in the database and once there are any future openings u will inform that could have been done via email as well when the CV was already sent to you. Highly unprofessional ! .
