In spite of being very clear on what job type I was looking for, they insisted me to come and promised that I'll be getting what I'm looking for. Wasted my 2 hours. " Niyati " the recruiter who contacted me , wasn't even bothered to meet and clear things with me. I took her case very well in front of the other recruiters. I would urge job seekers to go for some other genuine placement firms and not waste their precious time with Conviction Hr. Highly not recommended for any job seekers.
