I would have rated them a 0 if I had the option before calling candidates learn to clarify about the open positions within your team itself. You cant just call a candidate and inform them ur keeping the CV in the database and once there are any future openings u will inform that could have been done via email as well when the CV was already sent to you. Highly unprofessional ! .
