We placed an order for masks, which arrived promptly, but unfortunately it became apparent that there was a problem with the actual fit on the wearers face. We contacted Contrado, who couldn't have been more helpful. They guided us through the process of measuring for replacements (at no extra cost). The new masks duly arrived, and are a perfect fit, and are now worn on a daily basis. I'd recommend Contrado to anyone who is looking for a well made product, and who wants that little extra touch of class for something that in the main, is boring to look at. A super range of designs are available.

The product received was horrible. Bad quality, different design and colours from what I ordered online. Do not recommend this printing company! Really bad customer service. Still waiting for someone to resolve this, or for a refund!

Delivery slow, interferring with a holiday. Been told by email my masks have been made, yet on tracking it says will be shipped by 28th, that's 3 days.

Edit: They're really great. Manager/higher authority reached out to me and she even made the team go out of the way to solve a problem that wasn't their fault, involving integration.

There's a reason their app isn't publicly available on the shopify store.
Their customer service is sarcastic as well.
I was asked to confirm the order of dropshipping via email and the link they sent me was to my own basket, had nothing to do with my customers order.

Have now had fulfilled our 4th order of custom design face masks. Very satisfied with all aspects of the service; ease of design with customer-supplied images; order and production tracking and the prompt management/rectification of any issues.
Excellent products, which give comfortable and effective fit. Ensure choice of the correct size from their size/measurement chart.

Is there any good reason why it's not possible to contact this company ? The products are fine ( printed fine but not pressed folded as I ordered ) but the lead time is completely inaccurate - almost 10 days late - and there is NO WAY to contact anyone for any kind of update ... Very frustrating company to deal with.

Order received and I am very pleased! There are people on Etsy, Pinterest and Amazon who provide this service for less money. However, I believe the quality of your materials and your workmanship is far superior. I don't have to cut my ribbons and they are perfectly aligned and all the same size. I also appreciated the set-up tools you provided. They were extremely intuitive and easy to use and allowed me to 'play' with my design before making a final decision. I could not be happier with my order from Contrado. The quality is excellent and worked perfectly for the gift I gave my boyfriend. I couldn't believe that from the date I made my purchase to the date it showed up to my house, was less than 1 week. Many other companies said it would take at least 2 weeks to just ship, so the fact that I got to design my own fabric and get in less than 1 week? Fantastic! Highly recommend this company and I will definitely be using them again for my custom fabric needs.

I purchased a set of 4 custom face masks. They arrived really quickly, the masks were high quality, and I think they were fair priced, if not a bit cheap.

I recommend Contrado's fabric labels. I particularly like that you can order low quantities which helps when you're just setting up and is also sustainable and more eco-friendly.

I ordered masks for my colleagues and there was a shipping problem with FedEx. I contacted Contrado and they immediately made things right, dealing with FedEx and quickly reprinting the lost shipment. The new order came within a week and the customer service was a pleasure to work with. We love our masks and appreciate the extra effort to make things right.

Don't use this company. I ordered a face mask. They send me the wrong design. Additionally, the only way to contact them is on an instant messaging system. Their website says under 'Returns' that you can contact customer services. There is no e-mail to customer services. Basically this company does not deliver what you order and then refuse to correct the matter or refund the huge amount that their face masks cost. Avoid these people, they are crooks

I ordered a custom color fabric from contrado. Not only was the print color wrong and the fabric when sewed had color fading at the seams and white spots. It was as if the color was falling off. The first time I wiped a spot off the fabric it faded. When I asked them to address this they insulted me by offering 20 percent off a new order. If the fabric sucks then 20 percent off bad fabric or a new fabric is totally crooked. My suggestion/opinion is that you DO NOT order from these people as they are not honest in their dealings. I simply asked for them to supply me with new fabric that was not flawed.

Tragic. After ordering a small piece of printed fabric, I received it blurry and badly printed. I was informed that the fabric I chose often came out that way, although that information was not disclosed to me upon ordering. After lots of pushing on my end, and many back and forth conversation, my order was finally refunded. Unfortunately, the shipping I paid was not refunded, and so although I wanted to order a re-print on another fabric, I could not afford to. I explained this to customer service, and they held that there was nothing they could do about it.

I am appalled that after a bad print job, this company preferred to loose me as a customer, than to just send me a replacement printing. I have never encountered such lack of understanding in a company that I imagine caters to small businesses like mine, without the cash to spare on paying international shipping twice, on an item that arrived faulty.

I gave them every opportunity to keep me as a customer, but I will not be ordering from them again.

The goods arrived quickly, the quality of the printing was very good after the first test, and further tests on durability will take place in the coming days and weeks.

There was a brief uncertainty during the delivery (possibly because of DHL) which IMMEDIATELY was handled very professionally.

to whomever looking to use Contrado services please read I do not work for Contrado I was not paid for my review and I am a real customer of Contrado what I love about Contrado is the custom image tool Contrado offer on their website as you upload your image their tool would inform you if the resolution is perfect or not giving you a chance to re-resolute the image or upload a replacement picture this tool isn't offer by any other custom design company they are the only ones and it's very helpful I order a pair of custom pajama pants the images I try to use wasn't at a good resolution so I re-resolute the image and Contrado image tool gave me the green check mark Contrado give you the freedom to upload a lot of images I uploaded a total of 22 Images on one pair of pajama pants and every image came out perfect I am a very very very stifled with my order I live in the united states in new orleans la. 70126 my order took 3weeks to come to my home it was not Contrado fault the U.S. Customs held my item for 2weeks I had to call FedEx to ask for assistants with getting my package and FedEx had the package release If you are ordering from the united states know customs are gonna hold your package and delay it's arrival Contrado did an amazing job they are very talented and my item shows they put a lot of care in creating my item I will be using them again in the future----

The color was not vibrant and the whites looked dingy. The values were off. I would like for you to try again! I know you can do better.

I've got to say that I've purchased probably 40 masks from Contrado and they are made of high quality material. The art that I use to design my masks are pics off of the internet. The people I've gotten masks for agree to the fact they fit on all sides but not too tight. We all like the fast that you can talk easily with the mask on and it doesn't fog up my glass. Great Job!!

Excellent quick recent transaction ,item very good of granddaughter printed on throw for Xmas prezzie. Had to download jpeg app from app store, then site was a doddle to use. Only downside is the snowball effect from friends . All ready ordered another one. Highly recommended.

I have been reordering products from this print on demand company, the price is on the higher side but never have any disappointment as the fabric quality is excellent , the print is sharp, vibrant and true to colors from original artwork, response attentively plus fast lead time. Compare to the few companies that I have ordered before, this is one of the best. I hope they will develop more forms for women and items for kids to print on in the future.

Dissapointing from start to finish. We place an order for some facemarks, and the initial communication was poor. After 2 weeks and a lot of chasing we got told our order was being shipped however we never received anything. Contacted Contrado but no response so we are now going to speak with Trading Standards. Totally poor.

I order from contrado and by accident i did duplicate my order and instead of continuing with the order, they contacted me personally and gave me a full refund. Now that is what you called customer service.

I shopped around on google to find a provider for custom rugs. I found Contrado and their rugs seemed a bit better quality than the competitors at first glance. I decided to use them even though their prices were higher than the others. Uploading the artwork went smoothly, but then their designer was terrible. It doesn t even have the ability to correctly center the design, which was my main concern. I ended up having to submit the order along with an email asking them to center the design for me. They emailed me back promptly and said that they centered the design for me and I approved the mock-up. I received the rug only to find the design was over an inch off center, it was VERY noticeable. I emailed them about it explaining my issue politely and they responded by saying that I approved the design, so it is not their fault. I tried to explain that I asked them to center the design and trusted that they would be able to do it. The emails came back slower and slower as they stopped wanting to respond to me. They took almost two weeks to respond to the last email. They did not do anything to fix the problem. I thought the higher price of their items meant the products would be higher quality, but this is not the case. The high prices are probably to cover the shipping costs from the UK to the US rather than the cost of the item. They make it seem like they have locations in the US, but they don t. Long story short, this company has given me the worst customer service that I have experienced in a long time.

I want to praise how excellent the service has been and how the customer service is so outstanding and fast!

I came across them because I wanted some custom facemasks for myself and clients (attached a few photos of a me wearing some of my own designs I did!). The service was that speedy and masks decent quality (tip - large is the best for adults) that I have ordered another batch of 4 and will keep using them for my art business!

Shame there is no option to add a custom logo of your brand on the mask labels as the choice saying "White Label" is very misleading as it literally means a blank label so it should say that!

A lot better than other custom fabric printing websites I have used in the past!

Really bad customer service for online. I sent several emails asking questions and only got replies days after. I sent another about postal code being wrong and to correct it with FEDEX asap but they have not replied yet! I tried to do a chat online and the person who answered made me wait 2hrs for a response to my question, and never gave it because i disconnected. 2hrs!!. Ridiculous. I am waiting for my package...hope it is a good print.

I was really looking forward to working with Contrado on an exciting project. I was initially awed by the quality and friendliness of their service, but was then made to wait 3 weeks for a simple "yes or no" answer from a superior as to whether they would be able to work with third party fabrics (whilst their offer of fabrics is broad and the print quality excellent, they didn't have quite what we required but were able to source elsewhere). Despite chasing multiple times and being promised a response "soon", halting our project in its tracks whilst we waited to find out if we could work together, I was required to chase again with no interim correspondence from their side telling me they were working on getting an answer for me, and in the end we will not be able to work together, which is a great shame.

When I was unhappy with the colours on my order the response from the contrado team was very swift and quickly resolved. I am very happy with this service! Would recommend!

Check out Contrado before your order. I ordered 4 days ago and cannot get an answer as to the status of my order. I have requested twice but no one will reply to my request. Be care if you pay your money up front as I did. It has been 5 days now and no response. I guess I lost the money they took out of my account.

I ordered a number of fabric product labels and I was delighted with the service that I received and the quality of the tags. The website was very easy to use and I was really pleased with the regular communication that I received updating me of my order status.

The tags arrived very quickly and were well packaged. Overall I was very pleasantly surprised with the whole experience and I will certainly be ordering from Contrado again.

I ordered a cushion cover with a writing design (a Christmas card from a family member who had recently passed away) The first order did not come out as expected because of the the velvet pile of the cushion material and the montage I had chose reduced the size of the design even more so the writing could not be seen very well. However the issue was explained to me immediately and a replacement was done straight away. The design team went above and beyond to rectify this issue while communicating with me from start to finish. Every member of staff that I dealt with from reception to design team were extremely helpful and professional. The end result was amazing and i will defintely be using this company again! Thank you so much for creating an amazing original Christmas gift for my family!

Face masks not good at all. The fabric looks poor and also the label is really poor like a piece of bad fabric bad cut. Also too many sizes and fit looks anyway like inflated between the nose and the mouth

Mask quality is extremely poor. Looks like a piece of cloth was cut and sent across. Printing is horrendous looking. Logo is not printed well at all. Very faded colours.

Extremely disappointed with the product, but especially with the customer service.
First of all, my order was shipped 6 days after the actual purchase, despite the promised 1-2 working days stated on the website. Worth mentioning that the order was dispatched in an hour(!) after my enquiry to the company`s Facebook page. Which makes me think that my order was completely forgotten about and as a result rushed and poorly made.
When I finally received the product, all the labels were different sizes, and non of them was actually what I ordered.
After contacting the customer service, I received a completely rude answer with a suggestion to make another order with the 30% discount! All my following email were completely ignored and left without an answer.
To conclude, I am not receiving a refund for a completely faulty order that I can`t use in any way, wasted my time and money.

Printing and construction were great quality. I was a bit worried because I had to order 100 pieces at once my first time, but customer service was amazing. They answered every little question (I had a lot of questions, haha) with polite patience and sent ahead a sample of the product for my approval before printing my large order. I am in the middle of trying to receive a refund with this company .I have used many fabric printing services and the colours have always been good .This company have printed using the same spec and the colour is at least 40% less intense .They have admitted this but I haven t received a refund. Totally disappointed with CONTRADO UK. Firstly on the website it indicates a leadtime of 1-2 business days; upon checkout there is an update stating a few extra days (3-4 according to their sales team), however it has now been 8 days since I ordered and, as there is no number to call, I have sent several emails yet they have failed to update me. I would NOT recommend this printer if you require swift service, or good communication.
