Gold Star Chili, Inc. Review

Gold Star Chilli is a nice comfortable dine in fast food restaurant you can either eat in or do carry out!

Workers could just be a little more friendly :) customer service should always be a priority!

This place is dirty.Customer service doesn't exist,staff is uninterested & unwelcoming.

The food is consistently good and the staff at this location is what takes it above a normal fast food experience... They are always friendly and smiling... Great service!

I've officially decided that Gold Star Chili is better than skyline!!!

They stay open until 1am which is a great thing if your working nights or over the evening shifts.

Servers are always friendly and food is always fresh and hot... They get it right at this location all day long... Kudos to all of them!!

Club sandwich needs Roast Beef instead of bacon bring back

The salad was delicious the server was decent but would have been much better had I have not been rushed as they were getting ready to close the dining section and the lights were turned out while I was eating rude very rude spoke with the management owner I believe he was very apologetic so all is good would have given it more stars had that not happened

I love their vegetarian chilli on anything with ghost pepper cheese. So good

Nice friendly people but barely any chili or cheese on the cheese cronies. A large 3 way with 1 small cheese.

Fantastic gold star, only waited a few seconds to order. Understood my order clearly, and made it flawlessly. This location is great for a quick snack, even though it's got a bit of a weird entry point, and a steep exit drive, 10/10 will be going back when I'm in the area.

I go there every night when I get off from work I love to go Star 3-way and a two cheese cone is my favorite

They make excellent loaded bacon chili cheese fries.

Waitress went out of her way to cater to everyone, especially the kids needs

I love their chilli it doesn't have cinnamon like skyline and the workers are always nice

Small portions. Not the cleanest or nicest location I've ever been too. Kinda disappointing.

This is the ONLY chili restaurant I will go to in Cincinnati. They honor their Vets with respect which means a lot. They give way more chili on the 3-way than their competitors. Great food & employees!

Still trying to understand how a place that buys spaghetti and tomato sauce in bulk gets to charge $6.99 for a vegetarian 3-way lol I hope the workers get living wages or some of that profit goes to charity sheesh

This was my son's 1st time eating Gold Star and is now his choice before Skyline! Unfortunately we arrived at closing. The staff was actually walking yet turned around and allowed us to order! Great service! Above expectations! Thank you

Food was great. But the lady at the drive thru was not wearing a mask during the pandemic and put my family at risk.

We placed our order at drive thru she repeated it correctly we got to the window our coneys weren't on the order.. Took forever to try to figure out what happened .. The girl kept saying she was new.. Ok I understand that.. So I asked to add a drink then the total went up 8 dollars so I said what's going on 8 dollars for a drink.. By this time what appeared to be a manager was a the computer they couldn't get it RIGHT!! So I just told them never mind and went elsewhere!!

Great spot for tasty Cheap food. Great location to chill, eat some good food. Bring your hunger - portions are large. Food is similar to a cafe in Portland I loved.

Stopped for someone else but the sevice at lunchtime was speedy!
