I ordered masks for my colleagues and there was a shipping problem with FedEx. I contacted Contrado and they immediately made things right, dealing with FedEx and quickly reprinting the lost shipment. The new order came within a week and the customer service was a pleasure to work with. We love our masks and appreciate the extra effort to make things right.
