I purchased two office chairs a few years ago. The cylinder in my chair started to fail. I contacted Ryan Olson and he responded within an hour...on a Sunday....with how to resolve this issue. He ordered a new cylinder and I picked it up at their local warehouse. He offered to come to my house and install it, I declined, he then provided detailed instructions on how to remove my failed cylinder and install the new cylinder. Everything worked and went according to how Ryan said it would with no issues. I have had excellent customer service experiences and this one is right up at the top. Thanks again Ryan!
