Thanks for the support from Continental . I have managed to get the warranty issue sorted with dealer.
I purchased 4 semi-commercial tyres last year and under 2 months the tyres were damaged badly, uneven wear, etc. I complained to Continental Tyres and although my issue was not resolved - due to external factors, they were more than willing to assist me with my problem, and kept me informed all the way - which I feel is the basics of good customer service. Not one of my favourite brands - or one of the brands that has slipped down the list for me - but never the less, good work and good service.
