I love there books I wish I had a library like that

Captain Nemo cannot believe how amazing this library is. It is very nice and has an excellent selection. There are many great things to do here. Captain Nemo thinks that it must have at least six or seven thousand volumes (more like at least twelve thousand). If you don't get this reference, read 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea by Jules Verne, and excellent author. Captain Nemo would like it if you read this book. Captain Nemo would highly recommend this library.

We got kicked out for leaving the pearler beads for 1 minute and then he came out and yelled at us and mrs jennifer said we could leave them. FIRE HIM

Absolutely love coming here. Quiet, they've got great clubs and fun things going on all the time. The staff is helpful. My son loves the play area with legos and books. Computers always available.can pay fees online, or renew items online. Can't say enough!

The Elkhorn Library is a true gem. The staff is amazing and helpful.

This library is great, I really appreciate all of the programs that they have.

Staff is super helpful. I went in here to find information and the lady at the information desk was being helpful and friendly. She was able to find exactly what I was looking for, which was not easy. Lots of book options and a quiet place to relax and read. Good selection of books, newspapers, CDs, and movies.

This library houses an astounding amount of books. I really enjoyed the Christmas Program. My kids had a wonderful time doing the numerous activites

They are the BEST library around! The staff is always willing to help without making you feel like you put them out. The staff in Elkhorn is so great that my daughter loved the library & wanted to be a librarian!

Be extra careful when returning items. Do not put in the outside box as I have repeatedly, may I repeat, repeatedly been fined for late charges that will not be repealed. Items of which were returned on time but not entered into the system in a timely manner. Items which if put in the box near a holiday or weekend are left for days and not marked as returned on time. The last time I placed 4 items in the box outside, ON TIME, and I was just informed I owed $5.00 in fines. What?!!! I now find that it was most likely the items I returned on Wednesday, during open hours, before Thanksgiving. So guess what, they left them there over the holiday weekend. I may as well have bought one of the books and had something to show for the $.

They claim you don't return things you already returned. And then send collections after you. Not worth the hassle!

I've used this library for years. Great, friendly staff and great programs for kids and adults.

The children s programs, specifically for babies and toddlers, are fantastic! Miss Patty leads a very engaging, interactive music and story time. The free play is fun with many age appropriate toys to promote sensory and gross motor development. This is a definite must for your little ones!

This library used to be my absolute favorite such friendly and awesome staff and I never had a movie or book or even came I couldn't find there now it's fun by rude incompetent people who constantly tell me I have overdue items until I go there and wait for an hour until they "magically" find the item I told them I turned in I highly recommend going to lake Geneva library scenic view by the water friendly and intelligent staff and no late fees ever but this library I will not be returning to

Was able use the computer and able print my documents off.

Workers were very rude. I asked how to print stuff and I was told it s pretty self explanatory.

Some one said we could go outside and drink, because you cant bring drinks in, and when we were out drinking we got kicked out for doing nothing wrong, because we left the perler beads out for 3 minutes.

The library is great! Very friendly staff. There's a lot of middle schoolers there, which can be sometimes disruptive.

Not a typical library. Very rude staff. Stand around gossiping and watching people. It's kinda creepy. When you check out they act like like your taking up their time. There's no self check out like LG's library. Would not go back.

This library is one of the best ones I've been to in a long time. The staff we very helpful and kind. The library itself is well organizid and clean. They have great programs for kids and adults alike.
