The Chateau Marmont of Ouirgane valley. Old schoo...

The Chateau Marmont of Ouirgane valley. Old school French glamour at its best. Who needs working internet or matching table cloths when you have stunning views, succulent meat dishes, the best bread rolls in North Africa, and the Garden of Eden on your doorstep? The spa facilities are on par with the best in the UK, a welcome addition to the hotel. Hassan keeps his horses it tip top shape, they are an absolute joy to ride. Abdellatif was an extremely thoughtful guide on our long walks through the mountains. The tennis court is first rate clay. If I were to suggest any changes to the hotel, it would be that one more front of house person be found to help host guests and explain how things work; currently there is a Manuel like character (Faulty Towers) who genuinely seems to do everything including act as concierge to the 50 hotel rooms on top of managing the staff, receiving guests, booking taxis, explaining activities, etc.
***TIPS: Bring cash to pay the guides directly, it is the preferred method 300 Moroccan Dinah's per event per person is about right. There are no tampons or sanitary napkins for what feels like 100 miles so pack wisely. Bring slippers, the tiles in the rooms are cold and none seemed to be on offer. On your first night get bottled water from the bar for your room. Download your e-books and any other entertainment materials before coming here, the internet access is very limited.
I would say the hotel is currently pulling off the shabby chic vibe with great bravado which I delighted in - Chanel classic flaps and Louboutin heels come out to dinner, leaving running leggings, bikinis, aviators and hiking shoes as breakfast wear. The hotel hosts mostly French guests with a few English and Arabs peppered about for good international measure - without any intention (I only blame on myself for not studying French) I did find the evening fireside bar scene felt a bit clubby and my lack of linguistic skills put me firmly outside the club. The future of Domaine de la Roseraie could be very bright indeed, however if the dinning rooms and bathrooms are not modernised in the next 5 - 7 years and the pink paint continues to chip against the bright Atlas sun I'm concerned this amazing hotel will drop the "chic" and just become a bit "shabby" or dated.

Nestled in absolute calm, the estate is a haven of nature and rest. Several hidden pools at the turn of the villas, excellent food, activities for all tastes. Special mention for the Spa: what to say! Perfect taste, with an original menu of care, we only know what to choose and we come back! Best spa in Morocco for me

A magical place with activities in nature, introduction to horse riding ..
The owner is a very nice and welcoming person, the food is top.
The services of the Spa are excellent with quality products. Very far from the city of Marrakech (60 km in the mountains), travel by car for us.
Very quiet, even with kids playing around the pool, and I do not forget the tables set up for dinner.

I have returned to this magical place for 30 years. The service is impeccable , the staff is friendly and caring. The SPA is pure bliss, a great addition with all the modern features you can imagine. La Roseraie is where you'll find peace.

For the valleys of Alhaouz at the high atlas are a paradise, several accommodation projects are present, the field of rose garden is among the best in my humble opinion. Very nice place, quiet, beautiful scenery, home top, nice staff and friendly, really nothing to say.
Magical room with a sublime view, beautiful gardens, original architecture of rooms, hammam infrastructure, swimming pool. Brief Place of relaxation par excellence, paradise gardens and landscape with views of the atlas and the wadi untenable.

Endrpit where calm and cerenite are at the rendezvous, the service is impeccable, tagine with chicken and olives (picked on the field). Large area where you can hike with your family or in love. Thanks to Rachid, Hamid and Said. Finally, the icing on the cake is the spa with massage under the rain and the zen setting.

The pool was great large and when cleaned a great swim area the gardens r beautiful and well kept the bedrooms are very nice and the beds are very comfy the food was good as there were more choice the only thing wrong was therw was nobody there so many areas remained close throughout our stay as July is not their best month although I would highly recommend a great place for a family holiday there is a very friendly cat if u want to strike it but if you are allergic don't worry as you'll not be very bothered unless you feed it

The best part of this place is the garden , which is spectacular. There are several very nice pools. It can be very busy there, which we did not enjoy. The food is ok, ho hum basically. Wait staff are fine. Weirdly decorated rooms, generic. Indifferent staff at front of house.

Magical place with pampering rooms. A number of swimming pools. Excellent food and huge garden with dozens of acres that has a huge variety of edible and medicinal plants. Succulents, ornamental plants and fruit trees. We took a walking tour with the sheriff's guide from the hotel in nearby villages and had a great trip. The food here is tasteful and with a high awareness of gluten free food and excellent service. All this goodness is won by Nabil, the hotel owner who is a charming and hospitable man.

I booked the hotel ahead and called 3 hours before to make sure my suite is ready for me and my family .
We waited for 25 minutes at the lobby then the night guardian come over and told us they give our room to someone else .

Domaine La Rosaria

This domain is like Paradise on Earth!
Perfect cottages, restaurant, swimming pools and friendly people.
The whole area is well maintained and looks great! A perfect place to be, for bird spotters a secret tip. Over 20 different spices of birds are seen in the gardens.
This was our second stay, and we will be back another year, that is for shure.

While it was quite fun to see how they decorated for Christmas. Our meal here was one of our most expensive it was honestly on par with a kebab shop. Very bad, we had lamb meatballs on a skewer with chips and no sauce. We made sure not to eat here again. The staff were pretty useless, if you asked them for something they generally smiled and then walked off. We heard from locals they had a reputation for bad food. The spa was very expensive. We had a fire in our room which was lit while we were at dinner. By the time we got back our room was full of smoke, there is no grill and so for the smoke to go up the chimney you need a window open which negated the fire completely as it was very cold at night. We were very cold there and my clothes still smell of smoke weeks later.

Ambience relaxation, nature and well being for this beautiful spa with Berber accents. Everything is there to spend beautiful moments, between swimming pool, jacuzzi, massages. The staff is adorable and the only concern is to know when to come back!
