Rubbish, horrible finishes, leaking plumbing, today the plumbing has burst and it's leaking DRAIN into my apartment. Sewer upstairs neighbor. All apartments encountering problems one year after key delivery. Make no mistake about it, it looks pretty, but the structure is ridiculously cheap and foul. Those who buy will regret. In less than a year, the ceiling of a room has fallen and two leaks in the bathroom, this second PURE DEEP. Chaos, a disgrace. The squeeze of the discharge is murky, so much noise in the walls that it looks like the plumbing will explode. A disappointment, pity who bought and fear of being here. Here is the renter of apartment 32G of Residencial Iberia do Campolim. Research, ask the residents, and don't commit the madness of buying here.

I am a neighbor of the new buildings here in Campolim, the noise is unbearable during the day of the buildings now got even worse, are 23:30 pm and they keep doing WORK, even after the time allowed by LAW, at last a total disregard for the neighbors of condominiums around who want to rest and have peace. The noise is excessive, besides the sound signals during the day that we have to endure, poxa lack of sense ne! All those responsible ... want to deliver the work at all costs running, and no one sleeps at night..that this is PLANET. RESPECT !! NIGHT IS NOT A HORA ...
