Very friendly and good disposition as well as a great assortment of cool things

I always find nice stationery at a good price, I advise you to take a look!

We print a small vinyl sticker about 12 o'clock to pick it up late in the afternoon and tell us that they charge a 50% supplement to print it urgently (??? - pulling low, they have 5 hours to do it and catalog it as urgent). The most shocking thing is that by telling him that it is not the first time we go and that we have NEVER been told ANYTHING about a surcharge, the excuses begin ... I do not recommend it.

Although they are very professional in the Stationery section, the printing section is horrible, very slow, 5 employees, 1 working, the rest looking. For any trifle there are 15 minutes. Regrettable treatment by a clerk in the copy shop. A saint of nothing: aggressive of word, very unpleasant, shameless and rude. All the other shop assistants looked stunned but did not interfere at that moment (they should not dare). It is a very useful business in Castelldefels and they usually work well. But today I called to order 2 printer cartridges that did not have in stock, and I have been told that to order them I must go personally to the store and leave pay and signal, and wait 4 days to delivery. I am a regular customer and, seriously, for 2 cartridges I have to go personally to leave them money, will not it be that I escape? If I asked for 50 vouchers, but 2? You can have a bad one in stock, but let them make you go 2 times it seems ridiculous. Solution? I have entered Amazon and in 3 clicks I have them for tomorrow morning delivered to my office and free of charge. I would rather buy them and support the local business, but they do not let themselves be helped, with these "policies" of not trusting anyone and making the regular customers go to see them and pay for a reservation, when it is as easy as a transfer or simply order the two cartridges and if for whatever it was not appear, leave them in stock. By the way, I have not been asked, but they have my data from many other times that I have asked for things, and my direct mobile. I hope they rephrase it and apply "policies" thinking more about their clients.

Now I remember why I stopped going to Ecta-3 to print things .. the saleswomen are so nice that ... wait ... they are not!

Photocopies and long faces (I think they have a dwarf whipping on the floor) ... at least the stationery ones don't seem to have that problem ...

Good copying and printing service but 1.40 for scanning a single-sided document in PDF seems excessive to me.

Today around 6:00 p.m. I went to shop at the stationery store and I did not feel comfortable seeing how the lady with the dark, curly hair was not wearing the mask (she was wearing it hanging around her neck). This separation protects her a bit (because she doesn't close the counter completely) but it has made me feel uncomfortable, I haven't seen myself as a protected customer. Masks are mandatory for everyone.

I do not know how ECTA 3 has people with so little benefit in their company and also in a position facing the public since it is the leading copy shop in Castelldefels. Today you have lost a loyal customer until the exchange of such an individual.
