Rubbish, horrible finishes, leaking plumbing, today the plumbing has burst and it's leaking DRAIN into my apartment. Sewer upstairs neighbor. All apartments encountering problems one year after key delivery. Make no mistake about it, it looks pretty, but the structure is ridiculously cheap and foul. Those who buy will regret. In less than a year, the ceiling of a room has fallen and two leaks in the bathroom, this second PURE DEEP. Chaos, a disgrace. The squeeze of the discharge is murky, so much noise in the walls that it looks like the plumbing will explode. A disappointment, pity who bought and fear of being here.
