Medical Transportation personnel dropped my mother in our house after transport from a hospital - in a NON-EMERGENCY situation. She has not been able to walk since. MyInjuryAttorney refused the case due to their lack of understanding of a NJ statute that protects EMT's only in an emergency situation and when "rendering of basic life support services, pre-hospital care, or intermediate life support services in good faith and in accordance with this act." None of that is applicable to my mother's situation. Look for a lawyer that actually understands the laws in NJ.

Mike and Lorraine were wonderful. They kept us informed every step of the way and we were very happy with the outcome. I hope we never need to use them again because the accident was horrible but if god forbid we do we would use them again. They fight for you every step of the way!!! Richard made sure to include his professional credentials with the barrage of intimidating electronic and voice mails he left for me at my business and personal addresses.

With statements such as "I know all about you" and "I have your home address and your personal information" I wonder if he has my registered agents address? What relevance is having my HOME address anyways? Sounds stalkerish.

I would advise the public against using a firm that employs such tactics.
