The encounter I've had with Richard J Hollawell has been anything but professional.

May be you should drop the P from Console & Hollawell P.C

Richard made sure to include his professional credentials with the barrage of intimidating electronic and voice mails he left for me at my business and personal addresses.

With statements such as "I know all about you" and "I have your home address and your personal information" I wonder if he has my registered agents address? What relevance is having my HOME address anyways? Sounds stalkerish.

I would advise the public against using a firm that employs such tactics.
