Truly a pearl in the Dutch and international hotel industry.

Hospitality couldn't be better. We stayed here for 2 nights in a room with a view on the Paulus Potterstraat where the various museums are well visible. On the other side the courtyard.

Housekeeping stops cleaning the moment you walk by. All employees are friendly and professional. Many hotels can learn from this.

The hotel facilities are more than fine. Spa is well equipped, pool with plenty of sunbeds.

Breakfast is good and spacious. The rooms are also fully equipped with everything imaginable. If something is not there, the staff will ensure that it is delivered.

In summary: 5+ in almost all areas.

Brasserie, food cold cutlery, grab another table, service sweet but no experience and way too expensive for what you get.
Four days before Christmas, too few guests will call off your reservation. No credit is coming to payment.
So a gross scandal !!!

The cabinets in the room are not very comfortable and the windows do not open.

Because of the sweetest doorman in the world: Jean! (And all others are also super nice) I always feel very welcome here.

We had a stay as a gift for our marriage. It was a very nice stay.

For all your gin and tonic needs. Comes with a price tag though, be warned.

Lovely lounge to enjoy a nice cup of tea. No experience overnight. Restaurant next to the lounge is also very good! Best steak tartar I have had.

Great location opposite the museums and close to the city centre, staff very friendly. Lobby crowded with great atmosphere. One of these places you visit and you always remember the impact of the space

Wonderful Hotel. The bar is very good as well as the Japanese restaurant, Taiko. The rooms are amazing, and the service is exemplary. The lobby is a great mix of old and new architecture.

What a beautiful building and interior! Not cheap but very cozy and beautiful. To enjoy!

One of the nicest places in Amsterdam for a great cup of coffee with snacks or a drink. It's a good experience.

When our trip to Paris was canceled due to the strikes, fortunately we were able to arrange a room in the Conservatorium Hotel to celebrate our anniversary.

We were pampered by all the hotel staff .. Upon receipt we received a glass of champagne and a wonderful upgrade to the rooftop suite (absolute must for a romantic weekend!).

In the evening we had dinner in Restaurant Taiko where we enjoyed the 8-course menu with accompanying wines. Each course was a taste explosion and surprise!

Thanks to all the staff who saved our anniversary weekend - We will never forget!

Best hairdresser in the country, Meraki, is located in the basement

Beautiful hotel near the Museumplein in Amsterdam. Large lounge area in the middle of the hotel where you can enjoy a drink at your leisure. Good and friendly service.

I have been in every 5 star hotel in Amsterdam and this is the best at the present time. The service is what you would expect. The off street pick up is special in Amsterdam and great for VIPS.

Horrible. Waited 4 hours to check in. No communications. Kept offering me water as though that was the fix. Claimed there was a delay in cleanings. For this cost and price expected far far better. Do yourself a favor and if you want to spend this much money then go elsewhere and have an actual nice stay. Chose this place for myself and 20 work colleagues. Next time will definitely not.

Really something other than just a cup of coffee .... just do it once .... enjoy

We only visited the restaurant area and it was amazing.... the team members were fantastic and the juices and oysters that we tried were fabulous.... the design and experience was superlative... We wished that we could have eaten a full meal there... i got to try three different types and sizes of oysters and they were exactly as described by the lady who brought it to our table... Thank you...

Beautiful lobby in the old courtyard with high glass roof. Enjoyed lunch in the restaurant, were in a hurry and they were well taken into account. The wine list is a celebration and the veal cheek with mac'n cheese was delicious!

Beautiful hotel in a nice area of Amsterdam. While I haven't stayed as an overnight guest, I attended a few small scale musical events in the lobby. They bring in different artists performing. Service in the lobby area isn't unfortunately up to standard considering the hotel's star rating and pricing. Other than that it's a great place.

Gorgeous hotel. Centrally located. Museum and supermarket across the street. Plenty of restaurants and nightlife not too far away. Loved the windows in my room.

I had the luck to stay the night there. Amazing service. Beautiful room! It's by far one of the best hotels I ever stayed at. The Akasha spa is great for relaxing. Go for drinks and a bite to the Tunes Bar!

I only visited it through the hall and the shopping and restaurant area but it looks spectacular.
