Expectations were high. Great location, gorgeous design. Luxury cars in front of the entrance. But then you enter your room. You literally can t switch on the light. Designers of the hotel acted in a manner this was designed to look at, not to use . You have to switch on the light on your iPhone to carefully examine the switch to understand how to operate it and it doesn t help (I m an aviation engineer). Bed light has a tag with instruction on it to explain you how to switch off the light:) Definitely I wasn t the first dumb person in the hotel. Night was awful as you can easily hear the noise from the corridor, you couldn t switch off the light in the restroom and the door is not closed tight. Room is quite cold, you feel uncomfortable. Never again.

One of the best hotel in my experience, everyone is very welcoming and friendly, main entrance glass door opens just like Tesla driver s door, made me feels like this door recognize I got the room key in my pocket.

I had a business dinner at this hotel. Very friendly staff, nice space and the food was good. Only the halibut was a bit dry otherwise well arranged.

The restaurant and the longue are really fantastic with some wonderful offerings from bar especially the Japanese gin.

A place absolutely fascinating which it is difficult not to fall in love. An architecture sublimated by finely studied scenography effects. A place full of history where each element of decoration is orchestrated without an ounce of taste. An intimate and cozy bar. A bluffing restaurant room. An extremely pleasant staff, attentive and helpful. An address that is among the largest.

A very nicely designed building with a well mix of modern and heritage. Staff is very accommodating to the needs of guests. I had to change room due to a step and a inclined beam in the room (which are potential hazards for my child). And I was grateful they the hotel addressed my need promptly. The brassiere is a lovely setting but the food was not brilliant.
