A secured and fully equipped embassy for all emergency situations.

Nobody at the Kuwait airport or immigration answer the phone. I called the US Embassy for help, or tell me who can help me, but I was told they don't have any info on immigration. If the embassy of my country of citizenship does not know anything about immigration, then are they only here for, the oil?

Really helpful guards at the gate, they told me what I needed. Be advised consular services are by appointment only

I recently visited the American Embassy in Kuwait. They were all really friendly, and I appreciated all their kindness and help. Thanks a lot from Louisiana :)

Easy access to parking. Appointments only so expedited service. Courteous personnel.

It was an amzing feeling there at the embassy
The people were really polite and people at the counters r really helpful too
I went there for my spouse visa interview and it went really nice and smooth
They where really professional at there work and really helpful it was a great experience

I called for an emergency but was told to call back next day because it was holiday. Columbus day. Why are you even manning the phone then. Just have a message play. Hopefully my tax payer money isn't paying for that person to answer the phone and tell me that the emergency line can't do anything because of the holiday. If I could give negative stars I would.

The staff is very cooperative in, from the gate to the window. I only needed PCC form, which was available at the window and had no problem getting same.

Tried to give them a call but the operator told me that this Embassy doesn't accept calls, they only communicate through email. That's poor service for someone that needs quick turn around time.

It was very nice. They are very thorough with security which made me feel much safer coming to the embassy in a third world country

Extremely terrible service. Everyone is very rude and seems to have absolutely zero clue what s happening. They have a supervisor who s seemingly never around, and a complete lack of coordination.

Crowded early on but when your inside the building everything goes smooth.

I hate it with all my heart complicating and realizing
