The part of the compensation that belongs to the region is in fact not always regular, on average it is 50 days from the attendance report, but this information can be found by doing a little research on the Internet.
I, too, as the ST user, have activated a Youth Guarantee internship with Consaf, but my experience is very different: my internship is in progress and I am receiving the money from the Region within 2 months of the last month, as explained in detail by the Consaf tutor at the start. Moreover, according to the piece of regulation reported in the review by S T, it seems correct that the monthly payment is paid by INPS 60 days after the end of the month. I stress that, also in this case as reported in the regulation, the promoter is responsible for the correct communication of the IBAN to the regional offices, but it is then the Region that must authorize the payment, which will in turn be disbursed by INPS within timing indicated. From my experience I would therefore say that Consaf is managing the internship properly; any delays in payments, which I personally have not detected, are in any case attributable to the Region or INPS, certainly not to the promoter from which the money absolutely does not pass.
