Called about having a liftgate installed. The receptionist was very nice and professional, but their "liftgate technician/installer-sam" however, was not. It was nearly impossible to get a word in to explain the type of truck needing the installation and what I needed. I offered to come up to their location, send pictures of the truck, etc,....but before i could fully explain the whole situation, he cut me off to say "I THINK IM GONNA PASS." Like, are you serious? I laughed at him, said "well ok then.", and hung up. Go somewhere else folks. Or ATLEAST speak with someone other then Sam lol.
