Good experience with Conrad. An air conditioner ordered earlier, did not live up to expectations after trying it out for a while. Unfortunately I waited too long to return. Still possible after phone call, super nice! It is less nice that post nl does not ring the doorbell, so I always have to pick up the package. When ordering for the first time, not so nice when it comes to air conditioning of 25 kg .. Pfoe .. But Conrad can not help it of course, but filed a complaint with Post NL.

Second air conditioning delivered by cargo service and neatly placed above, super service! I forgot to ask his name but please pat on the back for that man!
