Great balance between ordering and delivery. Subsequent delivery as indicated neatly handled. Prices generally good and favorable. Small point, too bad that not always all parts or accessories of a certain brand of machine are available. I prefer to shop under one roof. Furthermore, Conrad appears familiar and competent.
