I wish I can give zero stars. This company is a FRAUD and extremely bad at customer service. They will never return your phone call. Sales associate told me the billing department is busy for next 10 days before someone can call you. It is frustrating and disappointing they don't care.
Wondersign used to be great till they recently did an update that some "genius" thought it was helpful!! What a Terrible terrible terrible idea. The kiosk used to be user friendly & anybody walking into your store could use it, now its so complicated & even sales associates struggle to use it. We used to be able to send text messages to the customers with item info, guess what its not working anymore alongside with endless list of other problems! Before considering purchasing this device try to walk into a store that has it, try to work with it searching for an item & good luck with it. If that update was done before we decide to purchase it we would have never spent a penny on that useless device now. Can't wait to read their reply on how great the new software is & how everyone is happy with it which is 100% bs. Walk into any furniture store & ask the owners or the sales associates what they think of the new update, the answer would be TERRIBLE...

Its more the time it doesn't work than what it does. The idea is good but software is bad
As a new owner of this Kiosk I can say that it has been a very powerful tool in our furniture store and after a few years of resisting the decision we are happy we have it now. The company support system is spot ON! There are many things to learn when using this kiosk and they really are very accessible for support. I highly recommend this to any business but especially furniture stores.

Called Wondersign help desk on a Friday evening and got Nelson on the phone . He was amazing . Helped me with 3 issues . Was very patient and knowledgeable.
