Conrad Bali Resort & Spa Review

Amazing beach resort property from Hilton. Multiple swimming pools and lagoon pools. Slightly costly due to upscale facilities.

Upon arrival at the hotel, a waiter takes the initiative to pick up the luggage and guides you to the lobby for check-in. We arrived earlier, the lobby is relatively free, there is no waiting for someone to receive check-in, there are not many requests, but we are told that we (a total of five people, three big and two small) have administrative treatment, the treatment of children can be Enjoy it in the lobby bar, and we can be on the RIN side. I didn't know the condition of the room before I got the room card. Later I learned that both rooms were upgraded to the Twin Suite.
Upon arrival in the lobby, the waiter presented a welcome drink and a welcome gift for two children.
When we checked out, the front desk already knew me. Seeing me print directly and give the water list for confirmation, the efficiency is not bad. Both rooms allow late check out until 3pm.
The swimming pool on the RIN side is quieter and more comfortable. Although the wind is blowing a little cold at 8 o'clock in the evening, there is no coldness after the launch. The swim attendant will take the ice water and the menu actively.
Afternoon tea, seafood restaurant, SUKU breakfast, the overall feeling of the seafood restaurant is the most uncomfortable.
Overall, the service attitude is very good, although some are still under renovation, during the wedding, the hotel also informed the wedding time in advance, apologizing for the disturbance of the guests, this service is still very good Some people say that this is relatively old, personally, it is still good.

First-class hotel, complete facilities, sand on the beach is finer than other beaches in Bali, and it is very comfortable!

The large pool which the sea extends in front of you is spacious and comfortable, and the suite private pool has a calm atmosphere. I was able to enjoy the resort feeling relaxedly. I took a morning sun and refreshed myself using the hotel yoga every morning.

It's been a long time since last visited and it happened construction services so no more main pool for kiddos for a while.

10 years ago it was very very .. The level is good as I do not know now.

This is a hotel where you can enjoy the luxury and ease of feeling that is unique to Hilton Superior Hotel.

A guest should take undress slesai dilaundry elsewhere, sampai.ke gate highway because the courier from other laundry could not get into the lobby ...

The room condition is good but it is lower than other conrads. Because it is not a private beach, it is too frequent. The water quality of the pool is poor. The breakfast buffet is also poor, and all four menus ordered at the restaurant are really tasty

It is a hotel where you can enjoy the atmosphere of Bali the moment you step into the hotel lobby
The staff's response was good, and the whole house was cleaned and kept in good condition.
However, there are cases where the building is old, and the rooms are a bit moldy, and the sinks in the bathroom are shallow.
But in total it was more than 80 points of satisfaction

A very nice resorts with beautiful ocean view & good rooms. Also they have a chapel use for wedding ceremony.

Large room, well furnished and tasty breakfast. But the room was stink and one of the receptionist wasnt helpful at all

Beautiful place. Ceremony in the glass chapel is really breath-taking on a sunny day. Simple, yet grand. I liked the hotel lobby as well, the staff at the bar was very friendly.

This hotel is indeed very good. There is a price there is quality. My room is very exclusive. I thank you very much to the reception, the reception clerk was ready to help and ready to take me to my room

We often use Hilton affiliated hotels, but it's not true if it's amazing because Conrad.
There were few people swimming in the pool, and it was almost reserved!
People on the beach are always invited for marine sports.
It's cheap ~, when will you do ~? It is not now ~ And, the Japanese buzzwords are spoken in Japanese of catagoto.
I don't know if it's cheap, but most people didn't.
The wedding seems to be well done.
I stayed for 3 nights, but I saw the bride and groom in dress two times ^ ^
It was nice to have a delicious and cheap warung nearby!

We have stayed here again for a 3 night yesterday. The place does not deserved to be called a Conrad. Previous issues from a few years ago still not resolved.
- Understaffed
No staff to be found at 530 or 6 am at the bell boy main entrance
- horrible to go box
- place feels unsafe and not secure
- 2 x cartoon sticks at the car entrance gate half way a sleep at 6 am
- don t waste your money here
- currently under renovation does not fix any staff or service issues
- please have someone from trip adviser remove all the fake reviews and strip this property down to 3 stars.

Splendid breakfast spread as it caters to every taste and every gourmet specification.
Spacious rooms and very polite hosts. The lawn is spread out with almost a green view everywhere you see. There is an Olympic size swimming pool overseeing a lagoon. The conference hall also appears to be huge.
One of the premium hotel properties in Bali for work and play alike.

I had an amazing staycation here with my dog. Absolutely had a blast. One of the very few 5stars that allow dogs.
Great spacious room, beautiful surroundings, relaxing beach and amazing service. Thank you Conrad! We ll be back.

Beautiful venue for wedding with its Infinity Chapel and also excellent service from banquet and wedding team. Highly recommended for your special day.

Conrad Bali is very nice, beautiful and comfortable, suitable for vacationing in Nusa Dua, near the watersport area.

Had a ton of fun, and a great time at Conrad for a friend s wedding. The Chapel is beautiful. Perfect venue for holy matrimony. If you get a room that connects to the pool directly, it s even better. Great view. Great vibes. And great breakfast choices as well. Kudos!

Gorgeous landscape on a sprawling estate. Rooms are modern with hints of Balinese features. Family-friendly. Lovely beachside with cabanas for rent.

Pro: The Sunrise. The view if you get room with beach view windows. The pool. The white sand beach. The rest that comes standard of good hotel.
Cons: It's sunrise. Not a sunset. But because it my preference.
Verdict: You got what you paid for of another fancy hotel.

Service is bad.. the staff should go for more training.. compared to neighbour Royal Santrian, its like heaven n hell.. LOL

We were there in February, it wasn't particularly busy, which of course left space free.

The rooms are spacious and well equipped, the breakfast is more Asian-orientated, but still very good.

The staff is unbelievably accommodating and reads your wishes from your lips.

The hotel is right on the sea, but the water is very tidal. However, at noon you can use water sports offers.

We were very satisfied and would come again.
