To be honest, after a little over a year (8 jobs) of working with the Richmond Va operation we had one problem. To their credit we were offered a discount on our next job. In shopping around for better deals we have found their pricing to be very competitive. The employees and the customer service has been great. Would recommend to anyone who needs a good quality product for a fair price.

The work product is good. I ve been genuinely disappointed in their customer service and unwillingness to own up to or apologize for a mistake they made regarding shipping, which ultimately led to a UPS exception charge being passed down to me.
You would think after three jobs and approximately $675 in spending (and the prospect of continued engagement) they would recognize that their input mistakes should be absorbed by them, but I guess not.
As a result, I m looking elsewhere for my printing needs and caution anyone reading to thoroughly scrutinized every job order - including your address before spending your money there.
Great product & friendly customer service! Shaun did an amazing job with our menus and we look forward to working with them in the near future!! We also got 500 free menus as a relief due to Covid19! Highly recommend them!
Good customer service. Excellent selection of product capabilities. Easy on-line interface for uploading print jobs. Shipping pricing can be a little unclear during on-line check-out. TOP QUALITY PRODUCTS and excellent pricing. Happy to recommend!

We reached out to Conquest Graphics for help with our online brochures. They offered the best price out there, fast turnaround, and the quality of the finished product is excellent. Aside from that, their customer service is outstanding. Highly recommended!
The quality of printing and consistent turnaround time is very important to me (and my customers) and CG definitely delivers on quality, but their customer service really stands out for me. Even if I email my sales rep and they're out for the day, my emails are quickly passed on to someone else in customer service, handled professionally and quickly. A few times I needed to make a change to an order soon after it's been sent to production. Customer service quickly responded to my emails, I was able to make the change and the order still got out on time. Actually I can't think of one order that shipped later than what was promised. I've been a customer of Conquest Graphics for 7 years. Thank you CG!
JUST WOW.
I landed on Conquest Graphic's page with about 4,235 questions about how to get a direct mail piece out. Rory answered all 4,235 questions and MUCH more and went WAY above and beyond to help me figure out the process, make sure my art was correct, and get me the EDDM files that need to be on the mail piece. This was all for a mail piece that I COULDN'T HAVE THEM PRINT. (MY fault, it's for a client and we ordered the addresses too early). My point is that Rory went above and beyond what anyone would have expected to help me and the job wasn't a guarantee. I have another mailer I need to get out this week and you can be damn sure I'll be printing ALL of my client's mailers (and more) through Conquest Graphics from here on out. Thank you SO much.
