The work product is good. I ve been genuinely disappointed in their customer service and unwillingness to own up to or apologize for a mistake they made regarding shipping, which ultimately led to a UPS exception charge being passed down to me.

You would think after three jobs and approximately $675 in spending (and the prospect of continued engagement) they would recognize that their input mistakes should be absorbed by them, but I guess not.

As a result, I m looking elsewhere for my printing needs and caution anyone reading to thoroughly scrutinized every job order - including your address before spending your money there.
