Rep claimed to be from a State of Ohio approved Research Firm to help me lower my electric bill. When in reality you are a telemarketing firm. Very misleading and for 2 cents difference I would not leave my supplier. Honesty is the best policy.
A signed up a couple of years ago and every quarter when I call to check the rates, I have to call multiple times and honestly, I believe I am only saving pennies but it's not worth it to me for the time I spend trying to contact them. I have been leaving message since 4/2/20 for a plan that expires on 4/15, yet they have failed to return my call. There's no excuse and don't blame the pandemic, they have always been hard to reach.
If I move closer I will definitely go back to work there. Best telemarketing job ever! The people are awesome!

I have had the pleasure of working with CES for the past couple of years and the CEO and staff are fantastic. They give back to the community so much that they have a full-time person helping with community events and causes. They care about their staff doing well on the job and in life. They offer great training for their staff to take part in and they keep their work environment fun and upbeat. Great example of how a company should be.

Insanely rude telemarketer that would not stop calling and harassing my quiet girlfriend, she kept repeatedly telling him she is immunocompromised and so is her 91 year old grandmother. She kept telling him, "I dont feel comfortable with anyone coming in the house and we dont want a inspector coming inside". She hung up multiple times and he kept calling and telling her that she didnt understand and would go on explaining that the inspection was free. The company might be fine, but the telemarketer we had was extremely unprofessional.
