Nice staff but the mobile process is delay for sometime

Certainly very good service, got my iPhone 7 and MacBook serviced. Was in warranty period. Dint charge a single penny. Customer service is excellent especially Lateef and Vishal. Both attended us so nicely. And Lateef also gave me an earphone case for free. Keep it up guys, you are doing a very good job!

Worst experience. They are not using authorized parts for mac book. And charging money even though no defects.

They know how to steal the money from innocent customers. I sent my father to replace his iphone 6 battery, since I thought this is the authorized store. They charged him 4x the actual rate of the battery and which by itself is not original and infact they told that, they have ordered it and the battery is coming from bombay. As I am living here in the states know how long it takes to replace the battery, but instead they cheated my father and kept the phone for 2 days and threatened him of losing the display if they did things in hurry. Worst experience he faced and he also conveyed that even after looting him the staff weren't that friendly and they raised their voice for asking couple of questions. God must be merciful on these people. They are literally looting people.

Conquer Technologies is located in Ameerpet a place where you can find many it institutes and also all electronic supermarkets I recently went to service my iPhone 7 which was not properly service by Apex technologies in Secunderabad the service was so good but the only thing is there is no sales but regarding the service of mine was a camera issue just not replacing the camera they have changed my iPhone 7 I mean to say refurbished the phone and give me the new phone and also many Apple devices like iPhone 4 iPhone 4s iPhone 5 iPhone 5S iPhone SC iPhone 6 iPhone 6s iPhone 7 iPhone 7 plus iPhone 8 iPhone 8 plus iPhone x or service there and even MacBook MacBook Air MacBook Pro are also service the location of the service centre is also like root friendly even you can check it out with great Google map application

One of the Biggest CHEATS. This place is total FRAUD. They can never repair anything. They ill just want to replace products and milk you.DISGUSTING. FRAUD ALERT! worst service for premium products I have given my iphone here on sat day and today is Thursday not evena single cal from them and when I call them for status I get weird answers. I was not able to restore factory settings on my iphone and clearly stated the issue they are taking almost one week for the small issue very bad service

I don't even thinking to give 1 star ...They are not at all rectifying the issue.went 4 times with the same issue when my mobile was in warranty ,they kept my mobile for 7 days.Gave me back saying no issue but still i am facing the same issue ...Need to book a complain against them...can any body give me any senior management contacts Please .I suffered a lot for this

Apple customer care told me to visit by 6:30 . I traveled around 15 km and reached here but the technician told me he can't wait and was rude .

Somewhat crowdy on weekends.

Nowadays it's changed a lot. I am going here since 8 years. Now they take atleast 2-3 days for knowing the issue. New staff came, less knowledgeable people. Another 3 - 4 days for order placement. Atleast they take 7 - 10 days to resolve simple charger issues also.

No timelines guarrenty. They just feel like they are doing favour if it is under warrenty also.

I was so satisfied with the excellent service of conquer . A happy and smiley conquer made me .

Guys!!! This is APPLE!!!. customer service is pathetic.. No such experienced associates to suggest or understand the problem. And very bad at addressing technical issues. And no guarantee that you will get replacement for the accessories that you have in warranty..

Wasn't expecting phone to be replaced within one day, but they did replace it. So happy with the services provided.

They have no parking for Conquer in the building they are housed. So, it's your headache to figure out where you want to park your vehicle (Impossible as it's a busy main road)

Service is okay but the executives don't always know what's happening & keep going into a room to clarify.

The only good thing was wait times were reasonable but that could be because I went right when they opened or were just about to close.

I am satisfied with their services, I hope this is the only authorised service centre available in Hyderabad

I never know about conquer technologies and i used to go to aptronix but the services at aptroinix were worst and i have to wait 5 months to purchase the systems, my search ended up with conquer technologies. The moment i called up conquer with in a day i was provided the system of my choice and it was delivered and installed with in a single day. I am very much satisfied with the services and it is pertinent to mention here that the employees of conquer technologies are customer friendly and very much humble in their nature both the sales and technical department. thanks.

i called them regarding iPhone 6 battery replacement and instead they said to buy new device its more money sucking logic which apple follows and same service providers are following it..apple should look after these service centers they are running it so badly and rudely manner...these stores are run by customers and these employees are paid by customers money they should know it and respect the customers...this is the worst service center

My Watch3 whose screen had cracked - thin long diagonal line. Free replacement was sought. But since it was an e-SIM phone which was brought in usa, and at present doesn t work in India, I was asked to replace it only in usa, where spares are available. Polite and helpful.

Pathetic service..given for battery replacement..didnt fit properly and got Mic issues.visited the store again to fix it..Instead of accepting the mistake,projected that mic got damaged and did it for free as coutesy.

28/09/2019 Asked battery replacement for iphone7. given the quote as 4950 where as Aptronics did for 3175..there is no honesty and transparency..cheating the people with their own tariffs

I have submitted my iPhone last week ,Device got the replacement with 2 working days .Representatives and the communication updates to the customer was awesome.I really felt very satisfied with the service and support provided by them .This is the best service centre in HYD to visit.

They welcome us in a polite manner and make our issues clear

Terrible service .Damaged my MacBook Pro. Would never suggest to anyone . Told they would take 3 days just to undo the screws . DO NOT TRUST!!!

My Macbook Pro was having issues (the display was switching off), went to Conquer Technologies, Ameerpet, the Authorised Service for Apple.
They took it for service and returned saying that they cleaned the machine and is working perfectly. The problem happened again. I went back, they refused to check it again without paying the service charges again. I did not want to pay the charges again for the same problem, and went to another center. They opened the machine in front of me and I found that they didn't even clean it! This is the level of service of authorised Apple service center.
