Connectis.nl (Interim) Review

Very nice party to work with. Have solved our problem well and the Identity Broker has immediately solved our challenges with Logius.

Nicely helped, it was nicely indicated that it was busy. I received a lot of information and can now log in to UWV.

Minimum waiting time 20 minutes by telephone and various e-mails will not be responded to within a few working days. A week later, after receiving a request from Eherkenning2, I heard nothing from them!

Extremely customer-friendly party. Canceling your subscription seems impossible. Unreachable and no responses to emails. Be warned!

This setting is completely unreachable. Outrageous for an e-recognition needed for vital government services. You can only send this if you award a star. This alone shows how ridiculously poor the service is.

Beware, this company unwanted a long-term subscription. Once you register with Connectis, they will continue to send you invoices for several years. It is almost impossible to unsubscribe. If you call them you can first wait 12 minutes, then tell your story, then they refer to the fine print about longer durations.
Two years ago I used this product for 10 minutes, now I receive an invoice for the 3rd year (!).
Come on lovely people from Connectis, stop and listen to your customer. Send a reminder in month 11 of a term that a new annual period will start soon. Think for a moment about the customer's experience. On the phone they know nothing and refer to the fine print, said a repeating voice ...

Worthless!! You can specify a foreign telephone number when registering. But afterwards only after payment and upon activation it appears that linking a foreign telephone number is not possible and you need a separate OTP device which costs 45 euros. Changing the telephone number again takes 2 weeks of processing time. Customer service not prepared for a faster solution, only against payment of the urgent procedure. Very customer unfriendly.

Hard to reach by phone, but if you go through the queue, you will be helped well.

Answering a question is very difficult for Connectis

Ideal party to unlock a multitude of eIDs via a single connection. The adapters offered for this are perfect. Nice to work with.

help desk very difficult to reach; have been on hold for at least 3x longer than 19 minutes on different days and even a few times after 4 days still no answer to my email. I regret having arranged my E-recognition here.

weird seeing an identity and security company has no clear procedure to unsubscribe from email list and when trying to contact them, requires you to fill out all kind of irrelevant fields.
Seems in contrast with privacy and security so I would stay away from this company!

But another reason to stay away: they are arrogant as well!

Waiting for account verification 3 working days in practice means almost two weeks. Works very roughly.

Worthless operation, completely unreachable. It takes 10 weeks to process a change. You have to pay extra to be allowed to receive activation at a specific time and then they will be two hours late. And they dare to ask for money for that. People, don't work with this club !!!!!

We hadden een abonnement bij dit bedrijf. Het abonnement hebben we op de juiste manier opgezegd. Echter wordt nu aangegeven dat ze het niet hebben ontvangen en dat we voor nog een jaar eraan vastzitten.......

Worthless company. Now canceled twice. Already last year. This means that my copy of my passport is lying there and nobody can find it. Meanwhile, the subscription costs were only paid last year, assuming that it was arranged. Will I receive an invoice again this year ... Company that used it has not existed for two years .. I explained again on the phone. They say again that they cannot find my deregistration. I get angry of course and she promises to find out. Within ten minutes I receive an email that they will cancel the subscription with effect from 2021 !!!! I will still send that will be a mistake, but I will not get a response back, only a reminder of the invoice ... So don't take it with you !! Be warned!!
