I have been a loyal customer through 4 cars and many service appointments and have always told family and friends it s because of your service I have trusted it for years.

That changed this Monday 9/30 when I took my leased Rogue Sport in for the 3rd time because the back right tire was low in air and it was registering on the warning panel in the car.

On 2 separate visits I waited 2 hrs or more to be told they found no leaks in the tire or problems with the sensor so they just put air in the tire. In addition, 2 times I drove up to your service door and asked the guys to put air in the SAME tire because the warning low tire sensor was on.
On Monday, after calling to make an appointment for 9 am then waiting for more than 2 hours I was told that I had a nail in the tire and they would patch it. How did they NOT find this in either of the 2 previous inspections?! I was not happy and told Steven Mitchell that he needed to give me a new tire after all of this. He did. However, the cap on the new tire is missing, and it was filled to 42 lbs versus the 32 on the back left side and 34 on both front tires.

Needless to say I am no longer a trusting customer.

I also asked them to raise my headlights because the beams do not light the road properly unless I use the high beams. They said they did about an inch, but I have not driven in the dark yet to confirm.

I also learned that I must bring the car back for a recall about the emergency brakes and told that it would take at least 1 and a half hours. I now dread going back.

I want you to know what happened because the fact that I was there twice for the same reason and told nothing was wrong means you have mechanics that are not doing their jobs and I wasted many hours in your facility. Not good!
